Welcome to Somewhere Over the Rainboom. Actual discussion, including spoilers, after the page break.
I've been bogged down by work since Derpy's Reward was released, and things are probably going to stay like this for about another week. There also has not been any actual writing since then, except some more planning out for the second part of Derpy's Reward. When I do get some more time, I'll start writing out the next chapter for Rainbooms On the Mind first
I would imagine that rainbow didnt actually break the sound barrier, but more likely broke some sort of magic barrier.
It would explain why the Rainboom creates a giant rainbow in the sky, like breaking the sound barrier creates a very loud sound, the Rainboom has a side effect too and it could be a large wave of magical energy.
Greetings and salutation, my name is Wrex and this is my review. Grab a shotgun and some kunais, because I'm reviewing the EQNG spin-off 'Rainboom Mutant Apocalypse'. Basically, it's based off the TMNT 2012 Mutant Apocalypse Arc. I gotta admire how it's done due to Apocalypse situations ended up in R-Rated situations. This story shows friendship can survive even the world ending, hope isn't something that can be destroyed, and the fight ain't over till the last punch is thrown. I found not a
Here we go again on another of Kevin's unique pairings! Rainbooms On the Mind features Natalya, one of the griffon flyers in the aerial relay race of the Equestria Games, and her quest to prove that she's the best flyer. Too bad for her that Rainbow Dash is going to make that tough for her, in more ways than one.
Now, no doubt some of you have trouble making time for FanFiction is this busy world of constant phone message barrages and an endless supply of movies and video games. You might even be thinking "If only I had, like... a personal servant who would follow me around and read cartoon horse based fiction to me whenever I pleased."
I finally pushed out the first of two continuation chapters for Derpy's Reward. Apologies for taking so long, but things have been busy. Besides real life stuff, I've also been doing some other writing stuff outside of pony, and some of it are actually commissions. While writing pony words for fun is nice, it's also kind of nice to get some money to stuff food into my facehole. Don't worry though, I'm still writing pony words, just at a reduced rate.
A gift for AllyKitty from her story Forgotten Legacy, part of her Homecoming continuity.
Let's see, there's something happening in less than four months. Ummm... I can't seem to think of what it is for the life of me. Anyway, it's time to get writing a nice heartwarming (and possibly uplifting) story for Hearth's Warming. It's being planned to be a month-long story with one chapter released per week and the final chapter released on Hearth's Warming (Christmas) Day. So stay tuned for updates on how this newest project is going.
I'm reaching a bit of a lull in my outside commissions, and I should have some free writing time after this weekend. As stated in my last blog post, I'll be aiming at writing up the next chapter for Rainbooms on the Mind, and depending on how things go after that's done, I'll see if I can at least start working on the last chapter for Derpy's Reward.

If I put the two against one another what should the context and event be? I have a couple of ideas but wanna hear what you guys think
1.) Dodgeball Battle
2.) Rap Battle
3.) Video Game rivalry
4.) Water Fight(water guns and balloons)
5.) Laser Tag
6.) Robot battle (Remember that one episode of Phineas and Ferb with the treehouses?)
Just so everyone is aware, the Rainbooms is MY band.

Berry Punch was a college student. She was also an alcoholic. She loved drinking a little bit too much. That was why she was so smashed when she exited the bar. She took out her car keys and unlocked her car to drive home.
Normally, the smart thing to do was to call a cab or a friend to drive her home. But Berry Punch had dropped her phone in the toilet earlier. So, there was no chance of her using it. She decided that she was OK to drive and started the engine.

What would have happened if Rainbow Dash had never done her sonic rainboom?
The Cloudsdale Courier would have had to find something else to fill the front page on a summer no-news day.
It's not going to be a long one--perhaps not longer than two chapters, and each chapter is also disjointed in that they can be stand-alone fics in themselves. The only unifying thread is that it involves Sonata, since the stories show how her life is with the Rainbooms. Though the two stories are connected to the first fanfic and serves as a bridge, so to speak, to the next majot fic (or maybe part of a bridge; it depends on how many of the shorts i can make before I go to the next major
My early followers will remember the story Dazzling Food Fight
Well thanks to the great group of (Taco Tuesdays) Red's Reviews I present to you their honest review.
So I have ideas for stories. A METRIC FLANK TON of ideas. Some of these are personal projects that I want to keep myself for a while. They're passion projects, my babies, and I don't feel ready to show them off yet. Plus there's that crippling fear of being called out as a plagiarist when I have absolutely no idea of any stories even resembling what I'm working on.
A bit late to say Happy New Year, but here we are! With the new year, I'm also going to be ending my writing break really soon. I got a bunch of errands to take care of this week, but I plan to resume writing this weekend. I have to say that taking a break from writing did do me a world of good in refreshing myself.
