A shovel solves a lot of problems, but it can’t do much against a generation gap the size of the Grand Canyon.

This post, for the joy of absolutely nobody, is mostly unedited, except for the electronic demons pointing out grammar errors and the barely coherent corrections your's truly managed to sneak in, and is an exercise in writing more spontaneously and trying to throw out ideas.
Aside from an old short story of mine at the end. That was written a couple of years ago.
This IS a vent so if you read it and bitch in the comments about this I will laugh humorlessly at it.
This week, Fluttershy takes her self-confidence too far in the other direction, and she doesn’t even need a minotaur to do it.
Heya readers!
So, you know those blog posts where writers talk about how they’re burnt out and can’t think of a story or a way to continue on their ongoing and then they take a quick or extended break to work through their writer’s block and get back on those ponies?

Either way, I'm back in school for a couple more weeks then I'm done for the semester.
Appropriately enough for a post between Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we’re focusing on one of the most blatantly toyetic parts of this generation of pony, the Guardians of Harmony mini-mini-series. Which is to say a short series of short stories; there are six of them and each is only eight pages long. Between that and how they come together into a single storyline, I’ll be doing all of them in a single blog.
Today’s story relies on not one, but two twists. Since the first twist is incredibly blunt, I have not bothered to spoiler-tag it.
I don’t like catering to holidays, but here’s a review for Halloween anyway. Any time is a good time to review Dark fic.
