Hi all. I know some of you are anxiously awaiting the second chapter of Pink Alicorn Blues tomorrow. I am too, to see if the confusion about what the Tartarus is going on in the story makes sense to those who are currently confused.

So Age of Kings is moving along quite well. I suppose now is as good a time as any to mention that as far as Emerald Edge and the ancestors' quest is going, it will be some time before the story is over. Expect twists and turns and all manner of the unexpected to happen before the story ends, but I would really be obliged if anyone who reads this blog would head on over and check it out. I do love reading comments from readers and I think most people would like the idea of the story.
So instead of writing I decided to take a break and draw! First it was just for this silly comic I wanted to make with Cozy Glow. I thought it would be funny after I wrote about it in chapter two. I'm just... really surprised by how much work I put into this, really.
This really should have gone out Monday or Tuesday, not the night before, but I got called in to a job at the last minute yesterday evening and have another one tomorrow morning-afternoon. Not that I'm complaining. Sources of income have been rather scarce around here for me in the weeks past and now that's changing (YEAH!)

So seeing as all the cool kids are doing it, I figured I would start a spotlight feature of my own.
I totally am. 
Now unlike most, I'm not going to follow any sort of rankings. I'll be spotlighting authors or individual stories which personally tickle my fancy.
What's the first thing Dark Magic/Force Side users do when they ride into town? Stop for lunch apparently, though Nyx has more than food on her mind when she spots a well-known, fair-haired local. Is King Sombra irritated her dark eyes are wandering? You'd be very surprised at the answer!

Tonight, as I ready for bed, the lights mysteriously dimmed in our bedroom. I held my breath as I knew what this meant, my heart hammering in sweet anticipation as the air chills around me though the window is tightly shut.
