I've seen the movie online, and it gave me those tiny nickly-feelings that only watching a movie about the best generation of ponies would satisfy. Yet, despite it's high box office record and the number of audiences who enjoyed it, I feel like it could've used a little tweaking here and there. So SPOILER ALERT, here's how the movie could've been a little better.
The Beginning:
The GRE. Aka, the really really REALLY annoying test you need to take in order to get into grad school in a lot of cases. Funnnnnn...
I'm finishing up school for the year- I've got an exam Friday and then I start my summer research block, which should give me a lot more time for writing!
I want to ask, though- how are all my favorite poners on fimfiction doing? Comment below and let's chat!
Just reminding everyone that Twilight’s school is operating illegally. Doing illegal things like threatening abduction.
Putting aside Trump University jokes, Flim and Flam actually picked a good way to go about this. Hire some actual professors, and pay for the University with profits from the casino.
If there’s a problem, just sue Neighsay and any others for corruption or prejudice.
Still processing those finale feels. Still editing chapter 5. In the meantime, I've got some stuff for you to go put on your reading lists!
"Oh come on Pharynx! There is no way you can read Thorax's mind!"
"There is actually every way I can."
"Okay, one question: how?"
"Heh, with Twintuition."
"Do you mean Intuition?"
"No. Twintuition is totally different. You see, Thorax and I are psychologically connected because we're twins."
This music and movie is one of the most beautiful things I saw and heard
Jinglemas is officially started and god I’m struggling with characterization because I did not watch the MLP Movie (the one with the Storm King not the new one) but this is fine everything is fine
Hi guys.
No one wants to deal with my shit, so I'm just gonna try and keep this short. I'm at the end of my rope here folks and, honestly, I don't know how much more I can take. I feel like I'm done, just emptied. Drained. I'm just so fucking tired of it.
In case you were waiting for it to be complete before reading it or something. In which case, don't read it, do something better with your time. Read Harpflank and Sweets instead, that's a classic, much better than anything I could write.
Hello everypony!
(Unedited stream of consciousness text wall ahead with only an incidental relationship to the story, sorry!)
I was doing some Googling recently and learned that the typical length of a novel falls in the range of 80,000 ~ 100,000 words. Obviously, this is a highly variable number informed by an infinitely long list of factors, but I liked the tidiness of these figures, and, more importantly, they happened to roughly align with the amount of words I’ve written and posted on this site.
Hiya, lovely peeps!
Today is special. Today is important.
Today is an anniversary.
More specifically, today is the 3-year anniversary of the publishing of my first story on this site. Today marks three years since I started writing.
Greetings everypony! Sorry for no monthly sneak peak last month. My fiancee and I have recently found a new apartment that we will be moving into in October, so were a bit busy at the moment. But I'm still here and writing! Spero, Freedom Shall Ring, How to Meet the Parents, and How to Meet your Daughter now all have chapters in editing, so I am still working and hoping to get something out to you all by the end of the month (hopefully once a month if possible, but that all depends on the time
A long time ago, before I ever wrote anything, I swore to myself that I would never post any stories to the internet that weren't already complete, or, failing that, would make sure to always complete what I started and not leave any perpetually unfinished stories. When I finally started posting things here, I tried to stick to that promise.
So... yeah, Unraveling the Unwritten is going on hiatus. Checks out.
A scene of Blossomforth's dragon form from the latest BlossomThing chapter. I hope you enjoy the artwork as much as I did, as always please let me know your thoughts!
