I changed the name of the fic from "Blossomforth the Thingpone" to "BlossomThing". I thought that "Blossomforth the Thingpone did not really roll off the tongue well and BlossomThing was a better title. Do you think this is better or do you think it was better how it was? Do you think "The BlossomThing" would be a better title?
Before I talk about the change to the cover art, let me show off some commissions. Busts of Blossomforth and Amber! I really love how these turn out, I think they do an excellent job of capturing some of their character.
So I have changed part of chapter 17 to explain the assimilation process and mind preservation process in more detail. I have changed how it works. What is an OC?
It is an acronym that stands for “Original Character.” But what does that actually mean?
In the context of a site dedicated to fanfiction, an audience of readers and writers of fanfiction, it is any character that doesn’t show up in canon. In the context of MLP:FiM, this excludes the main and supporting characters of the show, and by most people’s reckoning, it excludes background ponies as well.
Good news everyone! I have just finished a new chapter and I think it may be my best one yet!
I have spent many hours writing this. Remember that I am almost a complete novice at authorship this being my first fiction ever so my rate of writing is pretty slow. However, in my opinion, the chapters seem to be improving in quality as I practice. Hooray!
I commissioned a little something that involved Blossomoforth and Thingpone by Redcladhero. I think it turned out excellent. It may or may not be a scene from the future of my story, I have not decided yet. Even if it doesn't happen in the story, I think it can symbolize the future struggle between Bloss and Thing. So possible spoiler warning I suppose. I might commission more from this artist involving Thingpone and/or Bloss in the future if the artist feels up to it.
Using some ideas from the commission. I edited the last chapter. Specifically the part where Blossom reveals herself as a dragon. I will include the changed passage below so you don't have to re-read the whole chapter if you don't want to. Enjoy, and please let me know your thoughts!

As luck would have it, I happened upon the Coke bottle in question mere hours later and won myself a free fic. By our powers combined, we bring you a short story of two white-coated ponies, one wingy and one horny:

So watch and read along as Blossomforth-turned-Nymphaea finally realizes her heart’s desire! It’s 4500 words long and has been well-received so far.
