I've always been interested on Pinkamena's motives on why she murders. Is it insanity or is it something more?

The inevitable effect of time has hit Ponyville full-force, and with it the trials and tribulations of having to let friends go. Slowly the Mane 6 have drifted away from one another, focused solely on their ever-ascending careers, until only Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy remain. The experiance of letting go again and again has hardened Pinkie's emotions, but when they both meet on a quiet river and bring up the subject, will Fluttershy be able to keep her composure?

My name is Pinkamina Diane Pie. My life is full of sadness and depression. I need somepony who truly understands me. That person doesn`t exist. I`m left to walk alone, a ghost of who I used to be. Somepony free me from my torture. Somepony, anypony... give me a smile, for without that, I am nothing.

Pinkie Pie has always been strange, but now her unique behavior has landed her on the psych ward. Her friends are distraught, of course, but none more so than Rainbow Dash. The cyan pegasus is unable to function in daily life without that ever-present party pony by her side. So when Twilight finds a spell that can save their friend, will Rainbow be able to risk the ultimate sacrifice? Will she be prepared to enter the mind... of Pinkie Pie?

Short oneshot I thought up for my creative writing final. It's my first MLP fanfiction (at least, the first that's fictional). Credit for the cover goes to Canor98 of Deviantart.

Pinkie has a very creative mind and she is not afraid to use it. She's glad she got a friend waiting for her at home to share her thoughts with. After all, we all need that special friend that we really connect with, and Pinkie needs it more than anyone else, but this is a very special friend of hers.

Sunsets. Forests. Picnics.

These were all things that Rainbow Dash had avoided consistently ever since that fateful day on Sunset Cliff.

She had never returned the feelings given to her by her best friend. She was that, and only that, until Sunset Cliff. Then she was that with an extra adjective attached. Dead.

But...what happens when Rainbow has to confront the death of her best friend head on?

What happens when Rainbow Dash finds out that Fluttershy's unrequited crush on her wasn't so little after all?

What happens when Fluttershy's final message finally finds its home?

What was seemingly just a day to play, turned out into something so much more. An ordinary day turns extraordinary, when Applejack learns of her true love for her rainbow maned friend. Both realize this is what they want, and they prove it. A normal night in the barn becomes much more than anypony could have ever thought. Does this happen all by chance? Or does somepony influence it?

On the day of Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash's wedding, Princess Celestia left Twilight a message saying that she should prepare herself if something happens. The next morning, Twilight awakens to find that all of Ponyville has succumb to a blinding fog. She must now travel a monster-filled town in search for her teacher and friends and try to return Ponyville back to the way it was.

The peaceful town of Ponyville is thrown into dismay at the news of one heroic pony's sacrifice.
