If you don't like your job, find a better one. Only people who lack ambition get stuck in situations where you are afraid of losing your job or not having enough money to make ends meet. If you don't have the ambition to make a place for yourself, then it's your own fault.
It's super easy to make money, and it's even easier to talk to people. I was sick of getting screwed over at my one job, so I found a better job that will pay better and not screw me over. It is not super easy to talk to people. Actually, talking to people is terrifying as you know they are constantly judging you or you worry you might offend them. Honestly, it's easier to hide in a hole in the ground...but you can't do that.

It is super easy though. You just gotta not care if they are judging you, or if they get offended at you. If you try to please everybody, you'll end up pleasing nobody. I mean, I'm antisocial as fuck, but you just gotta grow a thick enough skin to be able to deal with shit.
The more time and effort you put into caring about what other people think, the less time you can focus on improving your self and setting up a better life for yourself. I'm not saying ignore everyone, just don't let their thoughts and opinions prevent you from being your best self.

While I dislike Communism, that's not what Communism is. Communism is when the state owns the means of production. Everyone works under Communism and the State gets the money. The theory is the State will distribute the money fairly. It doesn't turn out like that, however.

Flatly incorrect. You are describing a socialist transitory state, which is only espoused by some communists, and is hardly a universally accepted model. Many (such as Anarchist-Communists) actually reject the idea of giving the state power, and instead prefer local groups of workers. Communism itself is the workers owning the means of production, regardless of whether or not you accept the state as having a role in the creation of communism.
