Let's try a bit of logic here.

First, Tarbtano has stated repetedly that no new Kaiju will be added, so we can eliminate any Kaiju that hasn't made an apperence yet.

Next, any distictly male Kaiju can be eliminated.

Next, any female Kaiju who's vocolizations are known and do not resemble whalesong can be eliminated.

This leaves the Pacific Rim Kaiju, all of which are bioluminecent, but radiate greens and blues, not reds.

This pretty much excludes the Kaiju from the cast. Of the non Kaiju shown to date, only the sirens (in their true form) are water creatures, and the siren hearts are glowing red gemstones.

My conclusion: one of the sirens will (somehow) regain her true form, at least breifly.

I'm surprised no one has suggested this one Kaiju that went through my head the first time I saw this video. Then again, this kaiju that I'm thinking of is kind of obscure, but makes it a high possibility of a candidate from this trailer.

Therefore, I'm calling it peoples! The kaiju that's in the next chapter is: MANDA, THE SEA DRAGON!!

Think about it. Tarbtano thus far has expanded on kaiju that have either very little screen time or development, and has expanded them into fully-fledged characters on their own, such as Monster X and Irys. Manda itself has mostly has appeared in the Showa series, and had only a brief cameo in Final Wars, so this is the perfect opportunity to expand on an obscure Kaiju.

And if the sirens are going to be a focus of this chapter, it makes perfect sense for Manda to be a choice, as Manda is a SEA DRAGON! The two are just beginning to clash just like how ponies and dragons clash (aside from Spike). XD And who knows, we don't exactly know the origins of Manda or her role (if it is a her) other than being a guardian of Mu. Maybe the sirens have something to do with her origin, kind of like how King Caesar helped Equestria in the past. For all we know, how do we know that Manda is even from earth?....Maybe she came from Equestria for all we know, like a "reverse King Caesar"! The possibilities are endless with this trailer!

Now before you guys call me out on my choice towards the implication of this trailer, remember this tidbit: this video doesn't necessarily imply that the next Kaiju is gonna be a "villian", just a sea Kaiju. And Manda is probably a very likely candidate. :)

Trouble is, Tarb has already confirmed that the current Kaiju roster is locked in. There aren't gonna be any new ones showing up for the duration of this story. So Manda isn't going to appear.

After tirelessly looking for what kind of creature that made the sound, I have my newest thought. It's RAIGA. I found a video of kaiju sounds and the sound the Raiga makes sounds closely from your video tarbs.
