That auction (and impromptu marriage proposal) had be snickering until the end of the chapter. Silver had found himself with and interesting new ability. As if the 'Stud of the Land' rumours weren't bad enough before.
I wonder if its possible that Dues could devour the thing and let Silver regain some semblance of normalcy. Maybe a trip to meet the King is in order.
Well when silver uses magic he can drug people. Interesting very interesting?
Wonder what awaits in saddle Arabia
I think that comma should be a period.
Also, insert "of" between "is" and "my."
Just for the sake of consistency, I'd change "four hundred" to digits, since that's what you use everywhere else in the chapter.
He can cloud "judgment."
No need to capitalize "it."
Put an "s" at the end of "baastian" at the end of the sentence.

I have been thinking about such possibilities. Wormy could. The rules of the Text's challenge would prevent Deus from devouring it directly, but Wormy is flexible enough to pull it off, if Silver can be persuaded to trust it down there.
That wouldn't undo the changes, though. No one in the IK is skilled enough at manipulating aetheric nets to attempt to fix it, especially short of giving him the Kingsblood directly. And that would require he become the King's "subordinate" in some fashion, and currently be irreversible. And, the Itinerant King alright decided to never do that to any other former or current human.
6108479 Silver would be very irate. He can mess up his life on his very own, thank you kindly!

plus he is too tied into everything. Claiming Silver by giving him the Kingsblood would be a political maneuver with completely unpredictable, but very dramatic, consequences. Without actually exercising any of the power it would give South Wind over Silver, the mere presence of such control is a massive personal threat to Equestria's leadership in a very real way. South Wind just doesn't want to put himself in that position.
Beyond that there's a bit of subtle racism in his subconscious. Claiming ponies doesn't bother him but claiming a fellow human feels wrong to him.
6108461 So the Windsong girls close the book on this chapter of their lives. It was clearly a powerful, touching moment for them, and I'm glad they were able to conclude it on their terms. Changes are hard; changing who you are is even harder - for the two of them, that was the last piece of their old lives. Now they're Silver's first servants, his concubines, his broodmares...and, hopefully, his friends.
It was notable that Silver's magically-enhanced pheromones were able to affect anyone in the vicinity. Before, I had thought that they would only affect females and gay males, but this confirms that everyone around him is vulnerable to them. It won't change anyone's sexual orientation, so a straight male is going to go straight for the nearest female, but everyone around him will be turned on when he's pouring it out there. I'm slightly surprised that nothing about the scent seems specific to Silver - that is, I thought that it would (for those who'd be attracted to him) cause those who inhaled it to be drawn to him specifically, rather than the nearest person they'd be attracted to normally. Apparently it's not quite that specific.
More interesting was Amenti's book that talked about the origins of the item that Silver is wearing. It's notable how this thing's origin can't seem to be pinned down. Some say it's made as a punishment, others point out how that makes no sense, and now we're being told that it wants to be found? That's rather ominous, since it makes it sound almost alive...is Silver now the Lord of the Ball-Ring?
All joking aside, the idea that it "wants" to be worn has two possible explanations. The first is that this is merely a characterization; the bangle doesn't "want" anything per se, but has an effect that encourages those closest to it (e.g. its possessor) to don it, or give it to someone that could wear it. In other words, it's a low-level mental effect, not unlike the pheromones that Silver himself is putting out. If, on the other hand, it literally "wants" to be worn, then that's more worrisome, because it means that it has some degree of sapience.
If that thing is sentient to some degree, then this takes an entirely new twist, because sentient things have an agenda. This might be relatively benign - (low-grade) sentient magic items are akin to computer artificial intelligences in that they only want to perform their function, and don't care about anything else so long as they are. If that's the case, then so long as Silver is wearing the thing and getting lots of action, then it'll be content. On the other hand, if it has a greater mentality than that, it might have some other goal in mind...should that be the case, then it's not only trying to manipulate Silver, but there's little way to determine towards what end, or what other powers it might still be waiting to use in pursuit of that goal.
I'm not quite sure how I feel about the idea that this thing could be capable of independent thought. The major issue there would be if the thing acts like a character - that is, if it starts communicating with Silver (or, I suppose, someone else) somehow. Personally, I'm not a fan of that idea, though I'll admit it depends on how it would be presented. As it is, a magic sex toy that's focused on making babies seems like it would lend itself to nothing but crude (and bad) jokes if it started talking. Even if it had some interesting angle to present (e.g. it started whispering to Silver about who he should bang, and why), that would rapidly grow stale if used over and over.
Ultimately, the idea of this thing "wanting" anything is likely far less than I'm making it out to be...which is probably for the best, since as I noted, I'm not sure how much that would bring to the table. Far better, to my mind, for this to be the "new normal" - at least for now - that Silver has to adapt to. Presumably, and hopefully, this will nudge him to start taking his studding duties a bit more seriously. Claiming two hot sisters is a good start, but Silver really needs to step his game up in this regard. Hopefully he'll be able to sample some of the local fare in Saddle Arabia.
6108622 It would be far more troubling, to me, if his drug cloud was that specific that it pointed at him instead of just being the emotional nudge that it is. It's a chemical, not a direct magical influence, and it increases lust and decreases inhibitions and that's more than enough to get in all kinds of trouble.
Hopefully the pony and cat will have a long and happy marriage. Best of wishes to them in their new business.
Ahem! As for intelligence, naw, was more thinking a basic magic effect, a compulsion, not an actively driven intelligent items. I don't feel like 'using' a character slot on a character that can't even interact with the world.
And now we're wondering how the artifact would adapt to the female mode of adornment. Hmmm, no, I learned from last time, let's snip that line of thinking in the bud!
Keep going! ;)
Silver is a poor sport in auctions, ok I will say I have set up a few auctions with friends in the past I even brought back a few horses in the past but for the most part it works. let that be a warning to every one out there most all auctions are fixed in some way you just need to watch for the fixer.
a good chapter and I hope the book will help Silver with fixing his magic.

What’s Amenti's favorite fish?
I'd say this whole debacle with turning his stallionhood into a magic wand were rather wrong. Well, down down down it goes.
