But Twilight was at the center of the spell herself so she shouldn't have been affected by it or else after her first failure it should have been over.
a pony worth known - a pony worth knowing -or- a pony of worth
Aila's death was a bonding moment between Silver and Celestia as well. If that did not happen, as cold as it sounds to say so, then how will that affect their relationship now? Also, the maturity that Silver gained from the having to live with the repercussions of giving into the desire for revenge in Anugypt colored how he and Celestia handled the Anubian jackals. Small changes leave large ripples... Better check and see if Nefertari and the Anubian jackals are still around. Also his "love not war" form as well as Celestia's, another moment that brought them closer.
The season finale did provide for a convenient plot device that could simplify Silver's relationships, but it would appear to be at a terrible price if it proves to be beyond restoration.
-edited to terminate a typo with extreme prejudice
6681292 Typo fixed. Silver clearly remembers what went missing in this, and is thusly still affected the same way, but was Celestia?
It does color the past recent events...
6681341 - Exactly. Present day Silver remembers, but did the Silver of the modified past timeline act the same way? Why would he? And if he didn't, then Celestia possibly would have behaved differently as well, or at least for different reasons.
I'm not trying to be difficult by poking holes, but wow, this could be a major catastrophe. Not unlike how events played out in the season finale, coincidentally.
I'm sure you have a plan for all this, and I can't wait to see how it goes from here.
6681367 I was more referring to some's wondering of why certain powerful figures acted the way they did.
It was almost as if the dynamic wasn't what Silver thought they were.
That's the tricky bit to time travel. You never come out exactly where you started. Start overlapping with other time travlers (like Silver for intsance) and these typos happen. Maybe the Text can open a path through time.... but those paths only lead to serve it's own unknowable purpose.... a purpose thats already lead Silver to his/her death once....
Yep, first law of time travel: don't. Well, unless you're fine with everything getting f'ed up.
For Silver, probably not so bad, it's just another day, right?
Quite a bit of the Weave has probably come undone with this....
Keep going! ;)
I don't know how, but you seemed to get Starlight's tampering with time in tune with when she stole Silver's cutie mark. I don't know whether it's a giant coincidence or something but wow, keep at it. This is glorious.
Also, Text is one evil guy... Damn... He had all this planned...
Poor Silver.
6684463 It was the will of the Text. Let it be known!
I am just now getting up to date with this super story and wow this chapter is a hole story reset more or les.
I love it.
I'm not happy with the casual erasure of characters that played large roles in the story. Also, Starlight and Twilight should be unaffected.
*wheezel laughs*
A typo in the past butterflies to the future.
