This story takes place after The Last Problem, and as a result, Diamond Tiara, the Cutie Mark Crusaders, and all other characters that appear in this story are grown adults.

Ever since taking over the Rich family business, Diamond Tiara has been working hard to use her status for the betterment of everypony. She's come a long way from the stuck-up snob she was as a foal, but her family's reputation can't be forgotten quite as easily. No matter how much she tries to give back to the community, she will always be a Rich. For better or for worse.

Perhaps this is why her friends are suspicious of her new boyfriend.

And perhaps it's why she likes him in the first place.

Nightmare Rarity lives on the moon. Until she learns how to behave, she will remain there, as ordained by her closest friends. Thankfully, she wasn't left alone, as they assigned Anon to watch over her progress and report back when she starts showing signs of improvement.

Rarity took this as his way of expressing his undying love and affection, something the lonely villainess is happy to return in kind.

He doesn't dislike it.

Day #2 of Hearts and Hands Week.

After falling into the Stream of Silence, Anon found himself unable to speak. Ordinarily, this wouldn't be an issue, as the Kirin he lives with are used to the presence of the stream and are more than capable of making him a cure.

Unfortunately, said cure relies on the magical foal's-breath flower, which is currently out of season. He's going to have to wait for the next batch of it to grow before he can speak again.

Thankfully, this is a problem that his wife, Rain Shine, has plenty of experience with.

While exploring the decrepit remains of the Castle of Friendship, Sunny Starscout and her friends discover a strange book that might have belonged to Princess Twilight Sparkle herself. The book's contents resemble a series of letters that were apparently sent back and forth between Twilight and an unknown party.

At some point, Twilight stopped responding.

Ms. Harshwhinny is a bit infamous for her cold, serious demeanor. She's a mare that knows how to get things done. She's a professional, for crying out loud!

How you, a human, ended up getting ordered around by her is a long story. Either way, you have some very serious business to attend to tonight.

Anon was isekai'd to Equestria. He was so excited, he immediately fell down a flight of stairs and died.

Sucks to be him.

In the dead of winter, Equestria celebrates the arrival of a new year. On this special day, Celestia and Luna make a show of raising the sun and lowering the moon simultaneously, allowing their subjects to know the exact moment that they can begin partying.

Luna has some reservations about this.

When your beloved wife, the ex-princess Luna, discovered that she is pregnant, it came as a bit of a shock. You weren't even aware that such a thing is possible considering the whole "you're a human" thing. And yet, there she is.
