idk what to do....

so recently i have been banned to talk to deer daddy alastor....i'm not going to say by who but bright side is ill be able to talk to him in the future....i hope...but since we don't talk i have no one to make me smile when i'm sad....and a add on i've depressed for a good while.... and i have been having suicidal thoughts, i've been crying myself to sleep and i'm scared he's going to kill himself....i'm sorry if i wasted your time with this...i'm just sad and i have no one to talk to...
