Lyra just wants a simple life.

She wants to live in her cozy cottage in Ponyville with her roomate, best friend and crush Bon Bon, playing the lyre whenever she wants, studying her unusual hobby of non-pony sentient creatures, where the biggest threat to her life is when a string breaks, the biggest challenge to her life is what to have for lunch, and the biggest mystery is whether Bon Bon likes her the same way.

Unfortunately the universe doesn't want to give her the privelege, it seems.

Whether dealing with supernatural mysteries, fighting demons and vampires, trying to get a cult off her tail, avoiding the chaos of Ponyville life, traversing alternate worlds, or handling the widespread destruction caused by giant alien creatures and/or robots, all that Lyra wants in her crazy life is a break. And maybe a slice of pie.

Victoria's life couldn't be worse.

First, she has discovered that an entity of darkness is returning to her world on the eve of the Summer Sun Celebration.

Second, when she was sent by her mentor and Ruler of Equestria to oversee the preparations, she wasn't expecting to be told to make some friends.

Third, the five people in charge of the preparations are... weird. A farmboy lacking tact, a flyer girl who acts more like a boy, a vaguely effeminate fashion designer, a girl too socially awkward to talk to, and a hyperactive party guy aren't exactly what Tori would choose at the leaders of the celebration, let alone friends.

Fate is about to prove her wrong.

Humanised version of the show in which half the characters are genderswapped and all have human names.

The Elements of Harmony are the most powerful magical artifacts known ponykind. They have locked the Spirit of Chaos in stone twice, banished a dark entity and a thousand years later destroyed it, and many more go unrecorded.

The Bearers of the Elements are said to be the epitome of ponykind, harnessing the traits of Loyalty, Honesty, Generosity, Kindness, Laughter and the mystical bonds of Magic. And yet, like all ponies, they are not perfect.

These stories are those of the Elements and their Bearers, their spirits and resolve tested greater than before.

Six Elements. Six Mares. Six Trials.

Every year (often at the most incovenient points), Celestia leaves to go deal with something that overrides anything the Equestrian Council proposes.

Luna wants to find out what that is.

Twilight, in the midst of a hard study session, discovers a gap in Equestria's history. The Princesses refuse to explain, and with her friendship with Rainbow Dash straining, there's a lot to deal with.

Nearly 1100 years ago, a mysterious entity tears its way through the newly-founded Equestria, killing without a second thought and growing stronger.

This is the story of these events and them colliding as an ancient evil stirs from the depths of the world...

The Cutie Mark Crusaders are close to running out of ideas for finding their Cutie Marks, until Scootaloo finally finds something for them to try.

However, a certain pink filly derails their plans, and goes a step too far in her abuse.

Rarity and Applejack are detectives in the small town of Ponyville, a town gripped in fear of the 'Rune Shredder', a mysterious and sadistic entity who violently kills innocent ponies in the dead of night. The two of them must not only figure out who is responsible for these acts of careful and gruesome murder, but solve many other cases in their small town. Helping them is Pinkie, their Forensic officer with insane perception, and many other familiar characters.

Rainbow Dash bumps into Soarin' during a flight session, but the Wonderbolt asks for her help. The two pegasi end up on an adventure to retrieve an object for Spitfire at the edge of Equestria, and on the way find out more about themselves and each other.

Ponyville has stopped communicating with the other cities, and rumours that a battle has broken out within the town. To add, Celestia hasn't received word from Twilight in months. Unfortunately, she, her sister and the Captain of the Royal Guard, Shining Armor, are too weighed down by duties to head to Ponyville.

The only pony left for the job, Princess Cadence, is ordered by Celestia to find out why Twilight has stopped writing to Celestia, but plans change when she finds out what's really going on, as well as unexpected companions.
