The Elements of Harmony are the most powerful magical artifacts known ponykind. They have locked the Spirit of Chaos in stone twice, banished a dark entity and a thousand years later destroyed it, and many more go unrecorded.

The Bearers of the Elements are said to be the epitome of ponykind, harnessing the traits of Loyalty, Honesty, Generosity, Kindness, Laughter and the mystical bonds of Magic. And yet, like all ponies, they are not perfect.

These stories are those of the Elements and their Bearers, their spirits and resolve tested greater than before.

Six Elements. Six Mares. Six Trials.

On Loyalty: This is actually based of an idea from a comic on dA, as will be Generosity. Kindness, Magic and Laughter will be almost original ideas. Honesty will be based of 'Party of One' slightly. At least, that's the plan.

Trivia:
- The reference to Applejack spraining her neck on her birthday actually happened to me. God it was annoying. It was a good day, though.
- I might be writing a story where Filly!Dash rages at Filly!Shy and it will be sad but have a good end because I can't write bad ends.
- I tried to avoid any hints of shipping, unlike my normal stuff. At least, within the Mane 6.

If you spot any errors I didn't, or you have some ideas for Laughter (because I'm kinda stuck on that one), or you want to tell me how good this one is, feel free to tell me.

An excellent story, and I am adding it to my Fav list.

Sorry that I don't have any ideas for the Element of Laughter. If I do think of any, I will let you know.

And here's Generosity.

This is more experimental than Loyalty, and hints at a few things.
- Distance will be making an appearance in one of my future stories.
- There's another hint of another future story near the start.
- I will be writing the party scene as a one-shot called Generosity: Party.

On another note I need to draw some art for this.

I can relate to helping out kids...
Every year, I participate in the Toy Run, and whenever the Marine Corps has a Toys for Tots function in my area, I do what I can to donate.

When I was in college, me and another student spent a lot of time and money one November on making over 100 Thanksgiving dinners for a homeless youth shelter in Bangor.

I guess what I am trying to say is thank you for this story. It touched a chord inside of my heart.

That was a pretty cute story.

1442173 I'm glad to have done that, and thanks for the .

1442192 Danke.

1442372 I like ending on a silly note.
