Rachel Joy Scott was the first victim of the Columbine shooting on April 20, 1999. Recently, a speaker for a program called "Rachel's Challenge" visited my school, and lets just say, there were no dry eyes in that auditorium. Rachel was a kind and caring girl, who only ever wanted to make a difference in the world. She wanted to change people's lives for the better... and it seems she has.
