I have to say, I really am enjoying this. It has a very good tone, a very solid premise, and just overall well-done. I do feel at times that some more detail or elaboration would be nice though. Nothing over-the-top, but just enough so the images can be more vivid. Besides the natural grammar and spelling mistakes (some of which are bad, such as in the second chapter 'bed' is spelled 'bad') that pop up with stories, its very solid.

2499119 I'm glad you're enjoying it. And thanks for pointing out that mistake, I tend to miss little things like that as I write. And I'll try to be more descriptive (hopefully this next chapter will prove to be better at that).

That aside, the prologue seems interesting enough, so I'll read the other chapter when I get a chance to - probably later today. Also, you use the words hand, and handiwork towards the beginning of the chapter. You may want to go back and change those.

Also, at this point I can't help but picture Dream Catcher as a color-swapped earth pony version of Snowdrop. (mostly due to the fact that she's a gifted filly who Luna made friends with)
