Taking place a few years before Twilight Sparkle arrives in Ponyville, this story is told from the perspective of Bon Bon, a cynical but flirtatious and clever mare, who instantly falls under Lyra Heartstrings' spell. They encounter many hurdles in their ever-growing relationship. Will the duo be able to overcome a society that mistreats their special bond? With enough love and gratuitous fluff, anything is possible!

Great story, though I must say I do feel as if the relationship does seem a little rushed, I was hoping at least a chapter and a half of this awkward flirting, but that's just me. Good work!

I wasn't exactly expecting myself to continue writing this so I was like "shit, I gotta get this cute stuff out of my system ASAP because I'll probably just scrap this after a couple weeks of avoiding writing." Buuuut I'm on the second chapter now, so hopefully that won't happen.
But yeah, I agree that the relationship sprouted up a little too fast. Idk, perhaps it would be a little too late to go back and fix that once I have the story more planned. Hmm!
