When Rainbow Dash unleashed the first Sonic Rainboom she created a magical connection between the Mane Six, starting them on the path that would lead them to defeating the most dangerous evil villains Equestria has ever faced as well as mastering the magic of the Elements of Harmony. However creatures loyal to those defeated by the Twilight and her friends travel back in time to change the past, all of time since rewrites itself. Will Twilight be able to reunite with her friends? And if she is, how will they be changed in this world of shadows, this world of madness, this Nightmare Equestria.

Great, it is very captivating. I really want to know what happens to a few background characters though. Could you give explanations what happens to Lyra and Bon Bon, please? Other than that, very good!

Every TWO WEEKS! Please don't take that long. This is too good a story to have to wait two weeks to get an update! Please try and update more often than that.
Aside from that plea, you are doing an excellent job with this story. I've always been fascinated by time travel and what might have happened if something didn't go as our history has it recorded as. This has great potential and you have left me with two burning questions.
1. Did Nightmare Moon just get sent back to the moon?
2. Was the Time Marshal the back ground pony Time Turner/ Doctor Whooves?
Either way I can't wait for the next update but I really hope that its not in two weeks (I miget forget about what happened if you take too long)

I found this rather quickly paced. I would also have liked more in depth explanation of Twi's new life. Except for that, try double spacing paragraphs for easier read.
Loved the chapter and I thought that it played out quite nicely. I can't wait till the next chapter to see what Twilight does. I hope you update soon but until then here is an array of ponies to encourage you to write.

Awesome! Really liked this chapter, for one thing. Also, it sounds like whatever happened to Sweetie Belle and Pinkie Pie, must have been pretty heart breaking.

Oh dang. I wonder which pony has the extremely weak bond. My guess is that it's either Fluttershy or Pinkie. Or I could be wrong and it might be Rainbow Dash. I don't know and that's the exciting part about it. I'm really anxious to find out who is the lost one. On a happier note, I'm glad to see Rarity back. That just makes our group of heroes that much stronger.
Something that I'm wondering about is will ponies like Silver Hammer still retain their memories when everything gets 'reset' to the way it's supposed to be or is just exclusively the bearers of the Elements of Harmony? Oh well, I guess I'll find out one way or another.
