i actually bought the critters movie 4 pack at wal-mart for curiosity reasons. i'll add this to my reader-later list, you grabbed my attention though
2411473 If you've ever seen Gremlins 1 or 2, it is on the same level of science fiction. Critters 2 is my favorite of the four. You'll just have to see if it fits your taste in a good movie. One interesting note is that Leonardo Dicaprio stars in a role for Critters 3 when he was still a child actor.
If anyone coming across this story sees all the dislikes wondering what happened, I tried asking what was wrong but not a single person responded. They actually responded with seven more dislikes as though that would tell me something *shrugs*. I found out later that it is due to the tags and the story being an unknown crossover reference.
The tags do not make the story. The main point of this story is two-fold: that even the worst monsters don't deserve xenocide (extinction of a species) and the need for improv methodologies of finding a solution to any given problem.
'Improv methodologies of finding a solution!?!' ya say? Well, yes.

They're not able to come up with a way to reach the right solution at that very specific point in time. E.g. A hostage situation - The negotiatior must come up with a win-win solution where nobody gets hurt. The way to attain this is different every time this crisis happens. However, there are very simple methodologies to attain the right solution. The negotiator might do one simple thing - listen, empathize, and understand each party's intentions.
That's it. That's all the story is about; it is derivative employment of simple tactics in finding solutions. The most important tactic is what I just mentioned: listen, empathize, and understand each party's intentions.
Thanks to those readers that disliked the story making me feel bad over stupid tags when they do not make up the whole story! I suppose the same thing is going to happen when the stories about sex get old. It is no wonder why people ditch this site without looking back. I still like the site though and am going to stay.
By the way, I get it now. Crossover, HiE, and Gore-themed stories are a huge no-no. I'll be avoiding them as much as I can from here as people simply do not understand that the tag DOES NOT denote the entire story but only certain pieces or sections. With the characters I include there is no way around that, but that does not mean the story only revolves around such things like brutality and mutilation. Also, if one were to read into one of these stories, they would first notice an impossibly strong human become the weakest and most foolish by the story's end.
