My best guess is that her Shiera's human energy singularity does not agree with the ponies magic singularity. where Shiera is negative, Ponies are positive. Either that or its just Shiera's soul is still affected by the after effects while being out in the void.

A multitude of reasons. This isn't the only story I'm working on. Can't update while I'm at work, stuff happens with my family, I sometimes get writers block, or I'm just not in the mood to write at that particular moment. But in any situation, I will keep moving forward and can promise that there will definitely always be a next chapter until this story reaches its conclusion.
