But Twilight lift 50 tons Ursa Minor with her magic, and in episode with Applejack refusing to accept help, Twilight in half of minute levitated so many apples from threes what would take applejack half of hour to buck, I know that Twilight is not best with physical condition and not work to hard, but I am more then sure that Twilight can not be so powerful with talent alone, I am sure that to gain so high level of magical power, she was working as hard as Appejack or even harder with her magic when she was studying under Celestia, so why is Twilight so weak in this story ?
I really do not like the idea that Applebloom who is just a filly can get and transport apples better then the most powerful Unicorn in Equestria, Twilight with her magic would be able to do Big Mac and Applejack job herself.
The only explanation why Unicorns do not work on farm is because when Applejack buck three to get apples, her earth pony magic make threes grown apples back 3 times faster ( that is why threes on her farms are always full of Apples no mater how long she work ), but it does not change the fact that while Applejack would buck threes, Twilight would levitate baskets to catch apples and gather them near barn, it is a pity that Twilight raw power was so wasted in this story.

Anyway what I tried to say in last comment is that Twilight is a very powerful Unicorn in the show, her magic raw power and levitation spell is far stronger then Bic Mac and Applejack together ( she lifted 50 tons monster in Trixe episode, and she levitated hundreds of Apples in episode where Applejack was afraid to ask for help ).
So chapter with Applejack seems a bit off with Applejack thinking that Twilight can not help her on farm ( while Applebloom who is just a filly already work in there ), to be honest Twilight with her magic in 1 hour of work would be able to do most of labours what Applejack do on her farm entire day.
