Whether they're fertile or not has yet to be specified. It'll probably be an on/off switch they have full control over, so pregnancy isn't completely off the table

Applejack, Pinkie and Spike still don't quite have an end goal. I know broadly who they would be bringing into their circle (Spike with the CMC, Pinkie and her sisters), but their plan is still up in the air.

Applejack is probably looking for lovers of both genders who are dedicated, hard-working and good with agriculture and livestock, who could come and help out at Sweet Apple Acres.

(I'm tempted to say Bulk Biceps might make a good second target for her, after she talks Mac into sleeping with her.)
