I'm sticking with the heroes for now, but I certainly won't say no to additional inspiration to keep this fic rolling.

The Dazzlings, also known by their Villain Name, The Sirens.
Primarily working as chaos-makers, each one has singing-based emotion-control. Sonata makes people relaxes/sleepy/lethargic/etc, even while doing something important or needs to be focused for, such as driving.
Aria makes people aggressive, usually resulting in in-fighting with her targets.
Adagio makes people more susceptible to suggestions in general.
Cozy Glow: Queen
Rather than an actual super-villain, she a mafia boss, usually using her normal charms and manipulative skills, along with her oppai-loli body to charm people.
-If you don't know what it means, an Oppai-Loli is a girl who has is rather short in stature, but has some surprising curves.
Ex: Hestia(Danmachi), Oka(Mysterious Girlfriend X)
Her outfit is the classic sexy business woman outfit. Open coat, cleavage-showing blouse, miniskirt, heels, maybe stockings.
Chrysalis: Masquerade
Shapeshifter, mainly acting as a blackmailer/black widow.
Outfit: Little Teal Dress, with a domino mask and matching opera glove and thigh-high boots, with gossamer knee-length cape with a spider-web design.
-Based on her Bewitching Bell appearance.
Gloriosa Daisy: Lady Everfree.
Eco-terrorist, mainly targeting people who own heavy-pollution companies.
-Canon 'Evil' Outfit
Juniper Montage: Reflecta
Attention-seeker, pulling off big crimes for attention.
Kidnapper: Capturing those that, in her words, dare to try and steal her fans, mainly targeting celebrities'.
Powers: Mirror Mirror Fruit from One Piece
Outfit: Her transformed outfit, with a feathery-mask.
Fizzlepop Berrytwist: Tempest Shadow
Minion: Works under supervillain/mafic boss Storm King.
Powers: Scientifically Enhanced Physiology/Weaponized Prosthetic Arm.
Outfit: Black Leather Catsuit with purple armor one her chest, legs, and normal arm.
Luna: Nightmare Moon
All Rounder Supervillain
Powers: Illusions, either their worst fears or greatest dreams. They are very hard to break out of. She also has enhanced physical abilities, to a small degree.
Outfit: Xena's Armor. Replace black with dark blue and gold with silver, with a moon/night style to it.
Thoughts on each one, please.

Well I'm not the author, but I like all those suggestions. Perhaps to tie things together Cozy Glow could either be the daughter of the Storm King since they're both Mafia Bosses, or Tempest could be a part of Cozy's Mafia group instead.
It would also be good to have a Daybreaker to match the Nightmare Moon, not sure which supervillian she should be

Sorry for the wait, been a bit busy.
Honestly, these are all pretty fun concepts! The only one I can say I don't love is Cozy Glow. For whatever reason, I just can't see myself writing her into this story, even aged up as she is. Just not a character I think works here.
With that said, thanks for all the other ideas! I'll keep them in mind as the story progresses.

Also, for Phoenix's mask, I was thinking something similar to Atticus's Nightshroud mask, one the mask is red and the gem replaced by a yellow one.
Also, how about the CMC, or their Hero Team Name, The Crusaders? Stilling thinking of individual names, powers, and outfits.
This wouldn’t happen to be like canon to your other Power Pony fimfic which is why there seems to be no solid plot? Not to mention I expected more solid lemon than just foreplays n short scenes.
