That was a delightful read.
I greatly enjoyed her odyssey and the ending was just *Mwah!* chef's kiss!
But let us hope that Shy doesn't ever get discorded again, 'cause she has way too much ammo to use against her friends now.
Also, a funny thought entered my brain while reading.
What if she based her entire courting ritual on how Anon was acting during his early days in Equestria.
I imagine that he most likely coped with it all by spouting dank memes and pervy jokes.
So now that he has calmed down and accepted his lot in life, here comes Shy, with enough cringe to kill a grown man.
But all in all, great work!

Hah, you know, that outlook of Shy's character never really dawned on me until now. I always figured Shy's awkwardness/cringiness would be more or less 'baked in' to the mare herself.
Partly why the two make such a great couple!Something I'm always trying to capture with Shy in these... let's call them 'Fluttershy Wants In Your Pants'-esque stories, is a sort of unabashedly genuine approach in everything she's doing. She knows better than anyone else that she has no idea what she's doing & is totally unqualified- yet, look who's still going at it each and everyday. Funnily, I suppose this whole story was me toying with breaking away from that concept a bit- or at least twisting the script to see how far I could push Flutters from her own perspective, getting to see how her fears are always fucking with her, and how she gets her shit done despite all that.
... I probably could've put all that more eloquently, lol. Anyway, glad you enjoyed!

Honestly, if this is a less "sexy" story and is more focused on romance itself, then I personally wouldn't even call it a "Fluttershy Wants In Your Pants" type story (haven't read it just yet.)
Considering that and Fluttershy's natural timid, quiet, sweet, kind, and caring personality she has in most fictions most of the time (unless you SOMEHOW manage to screw up enough to actually make her irritated pr even angry), I'd honestly say that this story would potentially be more aptly classified along the lines of a "Fluttershy Wants In Your Heart" type story instead.
I admit I could be wrong about that but those are just my personal thoughts on it that I had anyway and thought I'd toss them out there.
That was good and hope for a sequel because really want this to work out for fluttershy
