A Heart cultist so blatantly missing the beat, for shame. Fortunately our intrepid Moth was able to patch things together.
this whole rolling system actually adds tension cause I know things might go wrong, rather than having the safety net of, the author won't let X happen.

I've read the full version of this on another site and it was quite enjoyable to read. I'm a sucker for Secret Histories stuff and a crossover with MLP was initially a weird concept but you managed to mix the two in an interesting way, I'm not a huge Moth fan myself yet I found myself really liking how you portrayed it's vibes, especially in regards to the Master and the Woods.
Honestly the story is in the top 5 Quests I've ever read, keep up the good work BirdBodhisattva and I'm really curious to see how the story continues. Highly recommended.

I found this particular work on a website called "Sufficient Velocity" in the Quests section.
In regards to Similar Novels there are two ways you may mean, first being this story as a Quest which is a story where the audience can vote on what occurs in the narrative and you will find various Quests on the previously mentioned website Sufficient Velocity and on Spacebattles.
Second being the contents of the story itself, I'm sorry to say that the sub-genre is rather scarce. Esquestria: THotS is based on the game Cultist Simulator/Book of Hours, works with rather unique tone. Unfortunately fanfics based on these works are pretty rare and those of significant length even rarer, so I'll have to point you towards other less related but similar works like Sunless Sea and Fallen London(This one is free) which are both very text dense/narrative driven games.

hi author, i'm jumping in here from Sufficient Velocity, right now im at point where we met wolf-divided for first time, and i would like to say that this story is a real treat, at least to me, most stories stick to one theme and mostly to one feeling making it more dull each time it appear, but you juggle so many of them at once, happiness and pain, love and fear never knowing which one will appear next giving them new sharpnees and new depth each time they change, and how you write characters allowing me to connect to them and allowing me to feel what they feel that more acutely, i dont really know where i'm going with this rambling, what i'd like to say is thank you for posting your story here which allowed me to find out about it and enjoy it, and i am really enjoying it very much, i hope to catch up to the current events so i too can cast my vote in what happens next, with all the consequences that entails
