Not really. This is just a short story of Pipp and Misty hanging out with the status of their relationship being left open to interpretation. It was only intended as a quick and enjoyable read. As stated in the author’s note I plan to do a sequel at some point where they are set in stone as dating. I apologise if this story disappointed you.

I did see that, but I also saw someone on Derpibooru refer to them as “Mipp” or “Pisty”, and I myself started calling them “Brightpetal” before fan stuff of them really started to appear on the internet so I wasn’t sure which name was the proper one.
