I think it’s because of the incest tag, along with watersports (some people only read tags before rating, no big deal). For me non-con incest is an instant turn-off so I’m never going to write of it, but some consider even the idea of consensual sibling pairings controversial and give dislikes.
WS is also considered an ”extreme fetish” which is pretty niche, but often those WS fics that also contain vanilla sex get better ratings than for example ”omorashi/pee desperation” fics.

This one (along with Shining Armor’s Horrible Hangover and So Much For The Elements Of Honesty) was basically clop without plot, while my G5 stories had actual plot progression.

Also it might be dick shaking, it seems like it’s a taboo, a mundane act that’s somewhat erotic and considered icky, like wiping. It’s something that many WS fics skip completely and you can’t find much art featuring the act.
In my previous fic it was just a mention of Hitch doing it and then the story goes on, while in this one it’s pretty detailed and graphic. Guess I’m a weird guy for writing stuff like that.
