Will she still try to get 'revenge' on Princess Twilight even when she sees shes actually trying to uphold her promise? And have change of mind if she heard the full story of her pony counterpart? To be fair shes right that it was kinda harsh for them to send Pony Cozy to Tartarus for a first time offense of trying to destroy magic. Starlight broke the time and space continuum and she got a slap on the fetlock

Despite the numerous side-tracks, human Cozy's focus as a nemesis is against Diamond Tiara for some reason (which you will find out later why in the story, although you free to guess as much as you wish). She's upset at Pony Twilight for sure, but she figures she's dealt with that issue for now by destroying the portal to Equestria and severing the communication thereof.
Human Cozy largely has two major goals in her life: Destroy Diamond Tiara in vengeance, and protect her relationship with her mother, Sci-Twi.
There are other ambitious goals, too. Become the first female President of her country. Eventually, take over the world. Lots of things, and lofty things.
Deep down, she also hopes to reunite with her birth parents and prove worthy of their love by becoming as perfect as they once were.
It is realistic to think that if Pony Twilight becomes a threat again, she might become a focused target again. Until then, she's dealing with one word at a time.
A good strategist knows that when dealing with a problem on two fronts, it's time to divide and conquer.

i see, so this is literally a story of a sociopath that actually loves someone but still got vendettas to complete... lets just hope she can get rid of Neighsay.

lol. Oh that made me laugh about Neighsay.
Well, I can tell you one thing. He annoys her too, largely because he disses her mom. That's a big no-no for her. Also he's threatening her job, which not only threatens her plans but Cozy's overall liftesyle for herself and her mother.
He also distrusts magic (which is a little ironic considering his counterpart), something she's grown to love which is also ironic considering her pony counterpart once tried to get rid of it all. So, oddly, these two humans are reversed compared to their pony counterparts when it comes to magic.
I won't spoil the story for you, but if she had her way, Neighsay would be gone, if you know what I mean.
I should ask you, what chapter did you read up to? It occurred to me, after my last comment, that maybe I leaked a spoiler for you. I want to be more careful about that from now on, and that would be easier if I knew where you are.

don't worry, im caught up. I wonder what time did Cozy finished the game in? She was given an extended curfew, but did she make it before or right on the dot? She's as OCD as both Twilights lol im surprised she didn't check the time before sleeping

wonderful point. Her primary focus was the success of the mission, but what you've pointed out is a priority too. Not as high, but still a priority.
While the answer to that question isn't stated in the story, that does make a good headcanon right after the conclusion of the chapter. In all likelihood, she either checked the time right after or was aware of it all along. She does like to stay precise and is able to factor in multiple calculations at once. This is very likely one of them.
I actually want to give Cozy a hug despite her sociopathic nature.
