Octavia has been a famous musician around Canterlot, but what most people don't know is that she never leaves without one pony by her side. Her sister Aurora. Aurora has lived in her older sister's shadow for as long as she can remember. She decides that it's enough, and tries to voice out to people at the Canterlot Garden party, hosted by Fancy Pants. This Violinist must undergo what it is like to go through the emotional ride of music. With love, friendship, and blood getting in the way of her, Aurora must overcome these challenges to face the true aura of music.

First of all, I'm assuming Rex hits on all the females except for Starshine because he's intentionally trying to get her attention by making her feel left out so that she would come to him. So Rex is ignoring Starshine because he has a crush on her. Either that or Rex is the one that Starshine broke up with. And Rex is being a 'ladies man' to all the females other than Starshine in order to make her jealous.

, That sounds allot like my character of Dark Angel. He's based on the darker parts of my mind.
I understand that Aurora didn't talk and that it was just Twilight's imagination. But is it possible that maybe Twilight is becoming more in tune with Aurora's emotions so that maybe she sensed what she was thinking, and just interpreted it as hearing her saying it? Or was that just Twilight's imagination because she's just feeling that lonely?
Also, your style of combining your different stories is very similar to Crowley's style of writing.
And I do hope you continue this story at some point. I really do like it.
