My way is that making friends with his friends, proving that they aren't assholes. Enjoy yourself immensly and whenever he says something annoying go all"OMG! What was that? Did you do that and put the bad name on me?" or something like that. My favorite technique should only be applied when teachers are absent from the room or are wayyyy too busy to notice. Choke them with your elbow. Even if I'm short, I can usually get them to sit down or bend down then choke them. Go all saucy and say: "I need to tell you something, I heard something really serious..." then trail off and 90% of the time they will bend down XD People like me who are usually not gossipy are taken seriously. Then choke them. Use both arms if you have to.
Another one of my tricks is tampering with their lockers or something. I took someone's locker keys, hid it in his backpack in a nook and sat back to enjoy. His locker was directly next to mine and it was soooo funny. He always made fun of me so I made fun of him for losing around $7 worth of locker keys and at least $100 worth of lunch money on his lunch money card that was attached to his keys. Then he went home, got a stern lecture, and had to pay it off. You can imagine his face when he suddenly found his keys a few weeks later

Or wear some vampire fangs. Get some denture cream, a pair of fangs, and glue them on, and try and bite your enemy. Bite yourself first and pretend to lap up the blood (I actually like this part, it's always fun to do)
Or maybe just bring one of those heating pads and 'drop' it on his head....or just accidentally kick him in the nuts when the teacher isn't around
I'm always bored and up for more ideas...bring a heavy textbook (like the science textbook or math textbook and 'drop' it on them)
