A great story, but ended a little abruptly, I wish there was a sequel

So..m good story and all, but I'm confused a bit. Who was the stallion? Is he supposed to be Death? I Kinna get the Death vibe from him, especially how he says we won't see each other for a long time.

I'll be honest, I'm not a fan of the story style wherein you have something with a great flow and all of a sudden just murder that flow by having a flashback to a previous experience.

However I did like the "bad" ending as a change of pace.

Wow. Absolutely brilliant, what a rollercoaster of emotions.
