Scootaloo's Brother

It has been a week since Scootaloo had been reassured that her mothers would always be their for her but recently Twilight had been unwell and getting up well into the morning throwing up and eating her magic had also gone down by a huge margin but Applejack and Rainbow Dash where keeping Scootaloo out of the loop for the moment till they knew why Twilight was acting like this.

Scootaloo had just finished another day at school and walked out the school house to see Rainbow Dash waiting for her smiling widely as she approached her sister/mother.

"Hey kiddo we need to talk" Rainbow said clearly having a serious tone as Scootaloo began to get nervous thinking it was something she had done.

"Okay Mom did I do something wrong ?" Scootaloo asked getting a laugh from her "No but we need to head back to Sweet Apple Acers so we can have a chat with you" Rainbow Explained as they began walking towards the farm

"I thought we where staying at the Library not Sweet Apple Acers ?" Scootaloo asked as they where getting closer to the farm.

"We where squirt but we will explain why when we arrive" Rainbow replied as they entered the Apple's house walking to Applejacks room.

They entered her room seeing Applejack pacing at the bottom of the bed with Twilight in the bed resting

"Ah good your here Sugercube" Applejack smiled walking over and nuzzling her purple mane.

"Hey sweetie how was school" Twilight asked sounding very weak concerning her daughter

"Mother what's wrong why aren't you at the library" Scootaloo asked running to her side as Applejack and Rainbow ash followed after her.

"That's why we needed a talk hon we know we have kept you out of this but no more" Applejack said making Scootaloo look over to her

"Is Twilight dying ?" Scootaloo asked tearing up making Twilight hug her

"No no it's not that you've got a little brother on the way that's why I have become so weak and not able to use my magic as much as I use to" Twilight explained making Scootaloo smile

"this is awesome!" Scootaloo said jumping up and down excitedly.

"That's why we never told you Scoots we didn't want to tell you till we where certain Twi was expecting" Rainbow added as Scootaloo climbed into bed with Twilight and cuddle with her helping her relax

"will being a Princess affect my brother in anyway ?" Scootaloo questioned making Twilight look to her

"I don't know Scootaloo I have never heard of an Alicorn giving birth to a foal" she replied as Rainbow butted in

"An Alicorn has never had a pegasi and earth pony to herself" she said hot headly getting a poke from Applejack "RD not here she's too young for that kinda stuff yet" Applejack scolded her making Rainbow playfully wack Applejack with her tail as she walked over and laid with Twilight before being joined by Applejack the family falling asleep in the bed.

It had now been 4 months since Scootaloo had found out about Twilight expecting her new baby brother however with everyone being busy helping Twilight, Scootaloo had been getting more and more tired however Applejack had reported to Miss Cheerlie about Scootaloo and Twilight expecting so she knew why Scootaloo might be nodding off in some of her lessons.

It was another stressful day for Scootaoo who had helped Rainbow make Twilight some breakfast before heading to school and was nodding off every couple of minutes from being exhausted. She did her best to stay awake shutting her eyes for a few seconds before letting her sleepiness take her. It felt like hours before she heard someone shout in her ear

"BLANKFLANK BLANKFLANK" Making Scootaloo wake up so fast she fell off her seat making Dimound Tiera laugh her mane off

"Hey leave her alone she's exhausted" Sweetie belle defended her friend as Cheerlie walked over

"Scootaloo why don't you take a few days off catch up on some sleep and come in next week" Cheerlie said getting a confirming nod from the orange filly as she got her things and left the schoolhouse to head back to Sweet Apple Acers to sleep.

As Scootaloo was walking home she saw a shadow over her as she looked up to see Rainbow above her as she landed in front of her

"Hey squirt why aren't you in school did it finish early ?" Rainbow asked looking at her as Scootaloo shook her head at her mother

"No Dash I kept falling asleep so Miss Cheerlie told me to go home and have some sleep and go back next week" Scootaloo said as Rainbow smiled hugging her.

"Well ok squirt I just finished work so I'll walk home with you" Rainbow said picking Scootaloo up and putting her on her back as she took to the sky heading towards the farm where Twilight and Applejack where.

"Hey look Squirt Applejacks down their wanna go say Hi before you go to bed ?"

Rainbow asked as Scootaloo yawned but nodded as Rainbow Dash flew down and landed next to Applejack who was bucking a tree full of apples.

"Hey AJ Scootaloo's staying home this week Cheerlie said she needed some sleep since she has been falling asleep in class" Rainbow explained as Applejack smiled looking over to Scootaloo and nodded

"okay sugercube come on I need to check on Twi anyways might as well head back with you two" She said before seeing a red stallion in the corner of her eye who turned out to be her brother Big Mac.

"Big Mac what's wrong ?" Applejack asked a her brother arrived breathing heavily like he had ran non-stop from the barn to where the three mares where.

"The barns on fire" Rainbow shouted out

"Nope" He replied

"Granny Smith is cooking again" Scootaloo then said

"Nope" Big Mac said again looking at Applejack as Applejack then went wide-eyed

"Twi's gone into labour ?" Applejack said making Big Mac nod and before he could blink Applejack, Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo had sped passed him towards the house to be their for Twilight.

"Twi! where here" Applejack shouted as she and Rainbow ran into the room stopping Scootaloo.

"Hey! I wanna be their for mom" Scootaloo said as Rainbow looked at her softly

"I know Scoots but theirs nothing you can do right now we'll get you when it's over I promise" Rainbow said as Scootaloo sighed and nodded and waited outside to be called.

It had been 2 hours since Twilight had gone into Labour and Scootaloo could do nothing but pace back and forth worrying about her mother. Before she felt a purple aura wrap around her and bring her into the room seeing a sweaty Applejack and Rainbow panting as Scootaloo landed next to Twilight who was cradling a white foal with a black and red mane and tail.

"Scootaloo say hello to Ben your new brother" Twilight smiled as Scootaloo looked at her new brother and smiled

"He's going to be so awesome right Dash?" Scootaloo asked getting a nod from Rainbow and a smirk from her as well.

Hope you like this new chapter and I'm going to say this now I already have the next few chapters planned which has kinda been runined by the newst MLP episode but don't moan about the Charecters have changed now etc I already have the next few chapters planned

I may come back to this at a later date. I felt like my head was going to burst with all the editing issues. For example, entire first paragraph is a run-on-sentence. So please edit and fix then I will be happy to reread
