Time Changes The Game

Chapter 1

“Trust me, I'm The Doctor.”

“Doctor, I have a question.”

“Yes, Ditzy?”

“Why do you end conversations with that phrase?”

“I don’t know. It just feels natural. As long as we are asking questions, How does this young colt know you?”

“Oh, he’s from Ponyville. His name is Button Mash. The filly is Sweetie Belle. Her big sister is Rarity.”

“What are they doing in an alien canyon?”

“I don”t know. Ask them.”

“Great idea. Help me get them in the TARDIS.”

Uh. My head.Button thought as he woke up.

As he opened his eyes, he realized(though he was in a soft bed) he was not in his room.

“And just when I thought this was a dream. But if its not a dream, where am I?”

As he looked around, he saw on the small table beside the bed, his tape recorder…and a small note. The note had four words written on it.

“Curiosity killed the cat.”

At that Button began to remember everything that happened before he fell asleep.

“Ahem.”

Button turned around to see the brown stallion that was there when he fell asleep.

“Thought I would introduce myself.I’m The Doct-”

“Where is she?”

“Excuse me?Where is who?”

“WHERE IS SWEETIE!?”

“Sweetie is fine.”

Button let out a breath he had not known he had been holding.

“I’m Button.”

“I’m The Doctor.”

“Doctor Who?”

“How I love to hear that. Oh and welcome to the TARDIS. Feel free to explore if you feel up to it.”

“How long was I out?”

“Two weeks.”

Button’s heart dropped to his hooves.

Sweetie had been awake for a week now.So far, She had made muffins with Derpy, Found out what TARDIS meant(Time And Relative Dimensions In Space), Gone swimming, and Dozen of other exciting things. But every day she visited the arcade, hoping to find Button there. Every time she asked Derpy(whom she had become friends with) about him, Derpy dodges her questions. So her goal today was to find Button.

“Two weeks? How can I have slept for two weeks?”

“The sedative Ms.Hooves used on you was adaptive. Adrenaline was in your bloodstream so the sedative became stronger to counteract it.”

In his current state all, Button understood was he slept because of the sedative.

“DOCTOR!!!!!”

“I’m coming, Ditzy!”

“Doctor, How long has Sweetie been awake?”

“About a week. If you want to find her,you can go look for her.Tell the TARDIS to locate Sweetie Belle.”

“DOCTOR!!!!”

“I’m coming!”

As the Doctor ran out,Button thought, Is that all it takes? Ask the Tardis where is Sweetie?

“TARDIS, Locate Sweetie.”

*TERM TO BROAD. PLEASE SPECIFY.*

“TARDIS, Locate Sweetie Belle.”

*SWEETIE BELLE LOCATED. SWEETIE BELLE IS IN THE TARDIS ARCADE*

There’s an arcade?!, Button thought.

“Can you direct me to the TARDIS arcade?”

*FOLLOW THE BROWN LIGHTS*

“I’m coming, Sweetie.”

Sweetie had been looking for button for hours. She had decided that maybe there was a reason The Doctor and Derpy were keeping this secret. So she finally decided to give up when she noticed a line of brown lights.

What does that mean? Should I follow it? Maybe it will lead me to Button?! I have to follow it. I will find you.,She thought as she quickly ran in the direction the lights went.

4709565 yeah but I didn't really want to clutter the story with unneeded text. I tried my hardest to tell who was talking by using other characters but that is sometimes even worse

Hmm..... Now, with this chapter is interesting, but I feel that the cliff-hanger isn't necessary because we already know they will meet up. Or will they be interupted? Did I solve a piece of the next chapter? You are doing great so far, but I also recommend making all the chapters at least 500 words, so there is some development. I am not seeing much. Maybe this advice will get you a lot more likes! Keep on going!
