Ok so that seemed a bit rushed. That was allot of set up in very little time. Its hard to invest In the characters when there reaction s are skimmed over so quickly. And whet they are reacting to is described so incompletely. You should slow down and smell the roses. Or the spacesuits or describe the view if your not a fan of metaphors and explore the characters dealings. Let t he doctor relish in describing the tardis and let Diana react to the shock of everything.
