XCOM: Enemy Within

Rainbow Dash is in the gym which is slightly above Barracks, running on the treadmill, keeping ourselves nice and fit and ready for action, on the punching bags Robert A. Levin, nickname backstop,and has been seriously known for roughhousing! John Zullo nickname Claymore is doing some basic weightlifting! building up those broad shoulders are still hold up those missile launchers, and whistles that Rainbow!

Claymore" looking good loyalty, maybe I should talk to the chief about getting me some genetic enhancements."
Rainbow"that would require you to have something to enhance, after all anything time zero is zero!"

Backstop slight joking remark,that is also censored! Claymore drops the dumbbells and goes to pick a fight with backstop,when all the sudden they fill a massive shake around the base, a Muton drops right in between them!
Muton punches Claymore straight towards the walls, while backstop delivers a couple good punches and blows to the Muton, quickly knocking out the light plasma rifle, as Dash jumps from the treadmill, using her genetically enhanced legs to quickly grab, light plasma rifle, and blasting the big lumbering creature in the head! doing critical enough damage to actually kill the creature, but quickly following and after were several floaters (6)!
As Claymore got himself back up to the ground, his right shoulder dislocated, which was amazed only well considering the throne into a concrete wall! [and that is actually pretty painful.]
Backstop quickly went to his bag, pulled out his signature knife, jumping onto one of the floaters and stabbing it in the neck, as Rainbow took some potshots take down two other floaters.

as backstop was taking down the floater with the knife, be quickly managed to wrestle out the gun before any possibilities of detonation, and using it's like plasma rifle to take down another two, just as Chryssalid climbed out through the ventilation system,and almost right next to Claymore, but Claymore did manage to wrestle off a grenade, from the previous attacker and shoved it right into the Chryssalid jumping away just before the explosion, then quickly grabbing when the dumbbells and throwing it at the last Floater in the room!

2 Muton came running into the room,in the shower entrance, Dash dash over and kicked a medicine ball, and thanks to her super legs it was like a cannonball, as the ball went straight through Muton giant chest, and causing it to drop a normal plasma rifle, that was close enough for Claymore to grab it, and unloaded his clip directly into the next Muton!
as the three nodded and went off towards the medical Bay, after all the eggheads need some backup!

Speaking of the medical Bay/research lab, Dr. Vahlen, Dr. Inkie pie,And Dr. Frankenshy were working on heavy plasma weapons, when the invaders came crashing in, naturally the doctors were good at taking care of the Sectoid!

Dr. shy, killed off two them with a unique style, known as apparently microscopes can be deadly, especially when you jabbed them into the brain, and the manipulating the right arm to shoot the allies.
Inkie was recalling her recent autopsies of the creatures in question,and doing some active performances, with the living versions! and Vahlen was demonstrating that the pro-type heavy plasma cannon was much more useful on taking out subjects! as two back up troops did show up to help out!
Cliff V. Mewett (Airwave) armed with a heavy machine gun and grenade launcher, as all three scientists said do not fire grenade launcher in this area! while they were surrounded by 8 dead Sectoids!
Wallace J. Badducci (Static Line) with his laser pistol armed and ready instead of the sniper rifle,walking into the room!
Muton jumped down from the ceiling and smashed airwaves back,shattering his spinal cord and instantly killing him, then preceded to launch heavy fire towards the sniper, giving him suppression, static shot back at him with his laser pistol but only doing minor damage, but backup arrives with some plasma weapons, namely rainbow nickname loyalty Dash, backstop and Claymore, finishing off the giant creature, Claymore picked up his fallen comrades weapons just be on the safe side, keeping the plasma rifle but picking up the heavy machine gun.
But climbing out of the vans were several, Chryssalid (3) and one grab a nameless scientist, and quickly showed off its reproductive cycles, making a zombie! all three doctors showed no signs of hesitation as they killed the zombie out right!

Static quickly switch to his sniper rifle and picked off one of the Chryssalid, with a really nice head-shot.
Rainbow,did some nice running & gun,with her light plasma rifle into the face of Chryssalid,and doing some nice rapid fire to take out the other one.
As things start coming out from the air vents again this time it was the floaters six to be exact, by this time the doctors grab some of the small plasma pistols, and started taking about one of the floaters, rainbow using her super legs, jumped onto a floater, shot in the back of the head, then using its own jet packs to actually catapult her to the next floater and proceed to do another shot, somersault style!
backstop blasted his rifle will smack dab into a floater, and Claymore unleashed the heavy ammo onto a floater, and finally a sniper shots taking out the final floater, as the team making sure the scientists were safe moved on to the engineering section, they're the second pie sister, a engineer Bellamina Marie Pie, killing a Muton with a high-powered drill! 4 commandos come charging in when they are met with a pretty big surprise, A Muton, Mechtoid, & Chryssalid 2!

rainbow quickly took out the Chryssalid, thanks to her rapid-fire skill, and close quarters combat, blowing up the buggers to kingdom come source speak! meanwhile with two well-placed sniper shots, Muton was taken out! leaving our engineer to evacuate, which was good timing as Mechtoid was deftly proving to be a lot more dangerous using its laser rifles to take out backstop, and leaving him only just drink powder Mark, Claymore unleashed all his ammunition into the Mechtoid doing some minor damage but not that much,as the thing ran up and delivered a plasma shot shooting off his left arm,with his dislocated right shoulder this was still not a good day, but Claymore decided with his dislocated arm to give his final battle, pulling out some C-4 from his boot,and smacking it right onto the creature, static knew just what to do, switching to his laser pistol and blasting, the c-4 blowing Mechtoid, and killing Claymore! but surprise the Mechtoid barely survived that,with heavy damage and counterattack with a blaster, instantly killing static, as Rainbow unleashed her final clip,killing the gigantic creature, just as she heard the all clear sign from the intercom.

She lived to fight another day, but will this be the only assault that the aliens make on base will there be more! no one knows but that least today the aliens lost!

obviously I do not own any of these properties, if you're having trouble grasping some of the alien names I will link you to, the Wikipedia, to make it easy for you. Note according to the storyline rainbow only has one genetic enhancement, at the time frame so! yeah she's got super enhanced legs, but it's rainbow what did you expect! also the only difference from this and the actual let's play is rainbow will actually have her hair, sorry to say XCOM does not have on the customizable features rainbow colored hair. But I think that would be okay for everybody!

author's notes: this story is a one-shot of what happened during one of the other episodes, of Pouncival Gaming XCOM: Enemy Within! specifically episode 42, and obviously I took some liberties with some of the mechanics, but really can you blame me I'm trying to make this action-packed, and slightly believable! at any rate still go watch the let's play it's amazing!
and yes I inserted some extra ponies, that he doesn't have any actual play through, but from where I inserted them you could honestly say well they could be there it's just, there are jobs that don't go out in the actual field that often. Also for the red shirts that use all on the listings, are all G.I. Joe characters! so yeah, feel free to edit/criticize this writing this had no editor! this was a spur of the moment writing but I couldn't resist! minor warning this may get a little gory, but hey it's only to extraterrestrials, all good!
