Hm good job man. The only thing I disagree with is that Celestia and Luna would never send someone to the Capitol Wastland on purpose; they would do some magic and have Twilacorn reform them. But what you have written is necessary for the story to exist, so no qualms. Also, in your desc. the "lone wanderer" needs to capitalized. Keep it up mate. Chow!

And what I'm trying to convey with their decision is that it was the highly populated Capitol, or the badlands that had no one to supply her with sustenance, therefore her starving to death. So, lifeless badlands, or radioactive, yet populated, Capitol. The decision satisfied the nations, since it is in another universe, but it gives Chrysalis a slim chance to survive, and forces her to work with others, teaching her not to just grab things she wants by mind control.
The equestrian monarchy must respect the decisions of other races, or start a war for harboring a international criminal. I mean, If a close family member was discovered to be an impersonating bug, don't you think your first reaction would be to hate or fear it in some way?
