I'm somewhat sorry this is the first comment, please do not take it too harshly.
Interesting premise, but your formatting needs to be checked as it kind of runs together. As this is your first fic it is understandable. Also I believe the three tribal leaders when Equestria was founded were Chancellor Puddinghead, Commander Hurricane, and Princess Platinum.
If you want to alter the titles, it might help to provide a contextual reason, i.e. a new agreed on social structure being established after the founding of Equestria by the three tribes. 
Overall I do like the premise, especially in light of the unstated reason Celestia doesn't let Luna go and join the others in the Crystal Empire in the Season 3 opener.

EDIT: Hmm. It seems I did forget to mention that the tribe leader united to become the princesses. I might add it into description because I don't know how to fit it in with the paragraph explaining what's happening.
