Snips and Snails have their Cutie Marks, but finding out what they want for a career is hard. Snails would rather stay young and carefree, but Snips knows who he wants to grow up to be. Will Snips be able to face the teasing that may come from that dream? Can Snails grow like his friend, or will their difference in ambition break their friendship apart?

Everyone knows that dragons eat ponies. Now Spike knows it too, and he's about to get very hungry. Maybe even hungry enough to eat Snails.

Cheerilee has to watch children all day. Sometimes it's boring, sometimes it's interesting, and sometimes she learns something new. Today is a little bit of all three, because although she's seen the same story play out many times, it's always interesting, and when it comes to colts and fillies, there's always more to learn about just how frivolous their social lives can be.

Private Investigator. In Spike's mind, no two words command more respect. Spike dreams of being a private eye, like the heroes in his stories, so when an actual case comes his way, the young dragon jumps at the chance to make his fantasies a reality.

It's just a shame that he has no idea what he's doing.

Twist's life was simple. She would wake up, go to school, hang out with her friend Dinky, and go to bed. And that was pretty much her daily routine. She liked her simple way of life. After all, she was Twist. Nothing could ever be to boring if you were twist. She mostly avoided the main sources of drama at her school: bullies and guys. She didn't like colts that much. But that all changed one day on hearts and hooves day when a certain colt asked a question that would change her life.

Why do people keep saying Applejack is silly?

Applejack, for one, has had quite enough of it.

Many years have passed. With his naïve shell shattered and the reality of life pounding against him for his entire life, Snails returns to Ponyville as an ancient pony. Lamenting about his life, Snails walks the path of memories.
