An apocalyptic conclusion to "The Great War" brought about an even more terrifying danger. The world became disconnected, cities closed themselves off from the rest of the world, and while many fell to the terrors of the darkness, some cities rose from the ashes of war and became safe havens, beacons of light in a world consumed by darkness. In this world there are those known as the Seekers, those who leave the safety of their home in search of the elusive "Paradise", or they die trying.

Several years ago, life couldn't have been much worse for Shining Star. Both of her parents had been killed, her brother was in the hospital, and her school grades, once some of the best in the entire country, were spiraling down. But when she tried to end it all, a complete stranger saved her.

Now, Shining Star is a college student in Manehattan. One night, she finds herself on the other side of the fence, when she sees another pony try to jump off the Bronclyn Bridge. Can she help them before it's too late?

The two best party ponies in town, Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich, have made their relationship official with a fun-tastic wedding! Everything seems to go well, until the Honeymoon phase passes and real adult life begins. The curly haired ponies decide they're ready for a foal, and do all they can to make this dream come true! Unfortunately, things start to go downhill during the pregnancy, and Pinkie Pie's mental illnesses get out of hoof. Cheese Sandwich has to deal with fatherhood and a troubled wife, all while having some mental issues of his own.
