I had an idea for a story, but I'm not sure if I should go through with it. Considering it, but not sure. I'll leave it below a break, and you can give me your opinion.
I'm planning a Nightmare Night themed story that is hopefully multichaptered and done by Halloween. I am asking for permission to use your OC (or you can make one) and I'll credit you in the long description. I need a variety of characters, so if you see three already that have Rainbow Dash's personality, please don't use your OC or just simply make another if you want to participate. I had a dream where Pinkie was going to infiltrate a Cthulhu-like cult because their beliefs were similar enough to the ones she was raised with that she could fake it.
Maybe it was done already, maybe not, but here's the idea: shining armor and twilight switch places, so he's the younger brother and she's the older sister.
Every mayor event happens to the other one, so Twilight ends up with cadence, while shining hatches spike and goes to Celestia's school and so on.
Their personalities, however, stay the same.
So the AU would mostly be retellings of the episodes with shining armor instead of twilight, showing how his personality might change things

In 1991, Origin Systems published the DOS role-playing video game Martian Dreams. It had a great idea at its core, but most of the gameplay involved exploring a rather empty planet. I would like to steal this idea and apply it to FIM.

I just got finished listening to The Secret Garden on audiobook and the Broadway musical soundtrack back-to-back. For those of you not in the loop, my pal misskoifishpony and I have discussed how we’d love to see someone do a PMV set of this musical with Sweetie Belle as Mary Lennox, Scootaloo as Colin Craven, Pinkie Pie as Martha, Spike as Dickon, Discord as Archibald Craven, and Fluttershy as Lily Craven.

Precisely, my favorite character, Bill (I like villains, alright?) like, what if Bill posessed Princess Celestia and then just f**ked around with everypony? Or he was going into ponies dreams and Luna was pissed off at him, and started chasing him around ponies dreams? Uhmg I need to write a fanfic with him. So many shenanigans, so little time.
