I'm planning a Nightmare Night themed story that is hopefully multichaptered and done by Halloween. I am asking for permission to use your OC (or you can make one) and I'll credit you in the long description. I need a variety of characters, so if you see three already that have Rainbow Dash's personality, please don't use your OC or just simply make another if you want to participate. Please answer these questions below in the comments in order to submit. Also, the costumes "cat" and "vampire" are taken for Vanilla Mocha and her coltfriend. Frsoted Shard is a Ice white-blue furred pegasus with a shortish darker blue two toned mane and tail. Her cutiemark is a red and blue intertiwned heart and it represents feelings. Her eyes are dark green.

Her cutiemark is a seed with a sprout coming out of it, which represents her way of looking at foals as seeds, full of potential to grow into beatiful flowers if given the chance, as well as her desire to give the seeds/foals that chance. It also make her SLIGHTLY better at gardening.
