Always such a fun time meeting old friends and new ones. It's a huge letdown when that alarm rings Monday morning and it's back to work. I think I attended more panels than I did last year, which is odd, since I also missed several that I might have attended but for doing other things, like touring the National Aquarium with Not_a_Hat and Axis of Rotation. Both are super-nice guys. And I got a long hug from Pav. But not long enough. My sweet Pav.

As soon as I returned home from BronyCon, I had to hit the ground running with resuming real life, getting back to my full-time job, and finishing up unpacking after moving into my new house. I've finally managed to secure 20 minutes to sit down and write this from memory since I've misplaced my schedule. So don't be surprised if things are a little out of chronological order.

Tomorrow will be my full day at the con - and if I can, I would like to release a chapter tomorrow to in celebration (will have to edit over breakfast). An anti-Brony/anti-Trump group (Why they think Bronies and Trump are one and the same I have no idea) are planning on holding a protest outside of the Baltimore convention center on August 11th. As with previous regressive-left protest, these people may get violent. I am asking my fellow MLP fans not to engage them. If you are assaulted, leave it to the police. Please stay in groups. Don't let these bullies ruin our good time.

usually I seem to dodge getting the Con Crud, but for the first time ever I caught it. sore throat barely an hour after leaving Baltimore. good thing I already planned to re-visit my friend on the way back, it would've been unbearable otherwise. got some medicine and rest before doing the last 600 miles.

So tomorrow is the last day of BronyCon. With that a lot of people leave early. I don't leave until Monday at 1030am on a flight however. I'll probably either go to a party or dinner after closing ceremonies if plans don't fall through but there is still a lot of hours after that before I would need to sleep.
