Today is my drama competition, so I won't be on fimfiction for another 12 hours probably
Have a good day guys!
I've been debating this for a while: whether to use Youtube videos through just links, or to embed the videos directly to the fic. I think I'll let you guys decide this one. The next chapter of Second Contact isn't going to be under edit for much longer, and is nearing completion. Votes will be counted from the comments section of both the story page and this blog post, and the winning decision will be made one week from now. Whichever one wins will be retroactively reflected throughout Second
Hello to all of ya'll who actually read these things
In previous blogs, I have mentioned that I am making a fic based in the universe of The Last Pony on Earth but I have decided to redo how I start it out and to put it bluntly I need survivors for a small group in DC
For a long time now I've been fighting with one problem. This problem affects all artists at some point, and, to a lesser degree, everyone else. Getting started.
Being lazy sucks. You never feel like doing anything and then later you feel like crap because you haven't done anything. I'm there all the time. I hate the solution because it's so simple and yet, even for as simple as it is, I refuse to acknowledge it or do anything about it.
Also, I haven't been playing Mega Man fan games (The only place Mega Man continues to live.), Dark Souls (The first one because I'm that far behind.), or Pokemon Uranium (Habits formed as a seven year old are hard to break, but at least I'm sworn off the official stuff.). All those things in parenthesis should be ignored, and are things I would be saying if I did in fact spend the past month and a half playing video games. I've totally been writing, casually weight lifting, and eating less fast
And as I look through the 'christmas' tag of derpibooru, I can see that a lot of ponies this year are going to be on Kris Kringle's naughty list. The holidays sure do bring out a lot of clop.
Hey, guys!
So after a bit of dithering and planning and organizing and more dithering, I've finally got a gofundme set up for the hard copy of Reading Rainbow's One Full Day poem within the story. Details and donations go here. I'll make sure to pm those of you that expressed interest in the previous blog(s).
Hey to anyone who actual follows me. Sorry that I missed the time I said I'd post the new chapter. A mix of work picking up and leaving me more tired than usual, getting hooked on 4chan MLP threads (I have been corrupted by RGRE so badly), and me just being lazy contributed to me not doing anything for the past couple weeks. Also, the next chapter is giving me a little trouble - trying to get a good handle on the new date's personality and how she interacts with Anon (already revised several
Called:
What am I watching right now?
Here's your hint
When the show writers screw you over so hard that the fans give you a break:
IN WHICH WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING?
Yeah, it's been a little while, and sadly, I've been procrastinating HARD. Not my fault... just lots of other things of interest and priority pulling me away. But, rest assured, I will try to get something done by the end of this month!
Um. Hi, guys! It's been a while (like a very long while) since I last made a blog post on anything. I've posted a few stories in the interim, but socially, I've been rather quiet. I'm not one to make my blog posts like a Twitter feed, but I figure that some of you would like an update on what's been going on with me.
I figured I'd just keep quiet till I finally get around to making my new chapter, but for the very few who actually watch out for my updates, I thought I owed this to them:
A bit more than promised 10,000 words. Believe me, editing this (the whole thing, eight times, just to be sure), was a pain in the ass, even with the help of something like grammarly.
When I think about the fact that I plan to write and release even longer ones in the future, I just want to shoot myself. Don't get me wrong, writing this is super fun. Editing. Not so much.
