So this idea came to me when I was watching "RogersBase’s Top 50 favorite anime of all time". He made two of these videos, one back in 2021 & the other one earlier this year, so the 2023 video sparked the idea of: Hey if this dude can make a Top 50’s list then why the hell can’t I? Well I don’t watch a lot of anime but I do listen to a lot of music & 80’s music is the one I always come back to so I’ll a list about that! So basically I came up with the idea of: Top 50 of
So before I start I just wanted to say that these are just my top ten favorite ponies, and I am deciding them based on the fandom, the show, and the comics. I am also picking this list based on things I like to write, or how these characters have inspired me to bigger and better heights. Each one of these ponies holds a special place in my heart, and although I love everypony, these are the ones that made the cut. I hope you all enjoy a glimpse into the insanity that is the mind of
Thank you, Stephen Hillenburg. You gave everyone, adults and children alike, an amazing childhood. Rest peacefully, you goofy goober.
I wasn't feeling much like starting writing what's basically penultimate chapter of HoCK, and with the recent focus on changelings, I've decided to make a ladder of changelings and changeling-like entities (Yeah, that expression is here just because of Cross) from my library based of on the ability to kick ass and chew bubblegum. Let's do a top five. I'll try to measure their overal capabilities, so here goes:
1) Horatio Cross
1. Tom from Tom & Jerry
2. Brian Griffin from Family Guy
3. Johnny Bravo
4. Brock from Pokemon
5. Mario
6. Mordecai from Regular Show
7. Greg Heffley from Diary of a Wimpy Kid
8. Finn from Adventure Time
9. Panda from We Bare Bears
10. Mandark from Dexter's Laboratory
Dishonourable mentions:
Charlie Brown from Peanuts
Irwin from Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy
Blue from Dick Figures
Nobita Nobi from Doraemon
16. Duran Duran Rio 1982
A Phenomenal Duran Duran Album! I enjoy so many of the songs on this classic album, even the songs that are played on the radio all the fuckin’ time! It’s that good!
17. AC/DC Back In Black 1980
The Best AC/DC Album Ever Created! From Hells Bells to Rock N Roll Ain’t Noise Pollution, it’s fuckin’ epic! Like what the fuck more needs to be said about this epic album!?
18. Rush Signals 1982
(Thanks to Sabersparks, MysteriousMrEnter and Doomentio for the information needed for this document)
No, Pipp the Poltergeist won't be on the list. Get ready to watch me get roasted by me soon though as I talk about the ten MLP stories I've written that have filled me with the most regret in my many years of being a writer. You'll have a few days to make your guesses on what's going to be on the list and how things will be placed. Just be aware though. Pipp the Poltergeist won't be a dishonorable mention.
31. Rush Power Windows 1985
This album is built different! It’s truly somethin’ else! I loved listening to it back in the days & had some good memories with it. Now I know that hardcore Rush fans probably don’t like this album, but it does mean quite a bit to me!
32. Def Leppard High 'N' Dry 1981
Even though this is their second album, this is the beginning for me. This album is very AC/DC esc, very hard rockin’ & I love it!
33. Oingo Boingo Dead Man’s Party 1985
Now that I've covered all the episodes I wanted to revisit, let’s now discuss my favorite MLP Characters. What makes them some of my personal favorites? Is it based on their personalities? Is it based of their backstories? For this list, I’ve narrowed it down to 10. Too traditionalist? Yes, but also accurate since believe me when I say this: looking back to the show, most of the cast didn’t leave an impression in me.
41. The Alan Parsons Project The Turn of a Friendly Card 1980
Games People Play is one of the best APP songs of all time! Time is a very soft & sweet song for those who like soft & slow songs you’re gonna love this track. The Turn of a Friendly Card trilogy is a great series of songs that I can totally see it being inspired by those long ass song from band like Genesis, Rush, Pink Floyd, etc.
42. Fleetwood Mac Tango in the Night 1987
