Although seaponies were first introduced to the franchise in Generation 1, they were given a new life all the way back in 2017 with the MLP movie (and a passing mention in the Season 7 finale).

I went to see the movie "The Martian" today. I waited through the credits, hoping for an after-credit-scene —— ¡no after-credits-scene! And here it is now, the second and final chapter of "The Nightmare's Trigonal Demise"! I'm sorry it took so long to get it out, I had to recover from a flu and this made my initial plans to publish it right on the next day impossible.
If that's any consolation, though, I would not mind expanding on that fic one day and turning it into a full-blown alternate universe called the "Crusaderverse". It's an idea I'm flirting a lot with.
