This was a shaky week. I wasn't sure when this chapter will be ready, hence why there was no blog entry so far, but now it's done. Chapter 14 of "Dreamwalker Dash" is finished, coming with a pivotal point in the story, and will release tonight! Check your bookshelves and feeds at 10:00 PM EST! 
So, I had a specific idea for this chapter in mind. But then, a sudden inspiration struck me and now this idea has been replaced by a different idea. One that will allow me to bring more depth into the story. The only downside is that this particular idea will also cause the release of the chapter to shift. As I wasn't fully familiar with the topic of my new idea, I had to do a bit of research and read a lot, which took up a good amount of writing time.
The long wait for "Dreamwalker Dash" will be over soon. I have picked up work on Chapter 9 again this week and next week, on Wednesday, the story will finally return to updating!

Chapter 11 of "Dreamwalker Dash" is finally released. Writing this chapter was quite a strain this week and I won't burden you with the detail of how many hours it took me to get this small amount of words out. A rather strong feeling of discouragement because I failed to deliver a chapter last week combined with a feverish cold that I'm battling right now, turned writing this chapter into a slog. I failed at producing a chapter last week, after Friday fell victim to sleep deprivation from preparing an extensive chapter of "Letters to Cozy Glow" for an entire night and the morning after and then the remaining days of the week still had me feel like a slog in the aftermath of this, so additional writing time was made impossible. I have picked up Chapter 13 of "Dreamwalker Dash" again today. My condition with writing it is strange at the moment. Writing it was a strain today and I pushed on as long as I could, but then the pressure got too strong and I had to stop. Somehow, this CGI announcement about Generation 5 has seriously messed me up at the moment. I forced myself to write today, but now I feel doing that was too soon.
No, the story is not abandoned. But there will be a change coming to it. It's nothing that you already read, because it's not public and not even written, just an idea in my head. But I have changed my plans for "Dreamwalker Dash" after recent events.
It is finally here. After just a minor delay of very few hours, Chapter 9 of "Dreamwalker Dash" is now released! It's almost a year since I started writing this chapter and stumbled into writer's block with it and since Chapter 8 was released. But I have officially been left by the writer's block and feel that I can continue this story now.

Has it really been almost 28 days [Insert zombie virus joke here] already? Apologies for the silence last week. I was going to inform about the new delay earlier, but one of my teeth that currently gives me problems decided to haunt me with near sleep-depriving pain caused by an inflammed nerve at the worst of moments, so I was very busy dealing with that.
A denied chance.
Ooookay, so this still happens before the week ends. I dealt with quite some writing burnout this week, and a good bit of depression, but I pushed on yesterday and still prepared a chapter for "Dreamwalker Dash" to release this week.
"Dreamwalker Dash" reaches a big milestone this week. For the first time since I wrote "'Princess Flurry Heart, Destroyer of Worlds!'" and "Aunt Millie", I have reached ten chapters with a long and extensive multi-chapter story!
We have left the peak behind, but we keep climbing. After a deliberate break from writing last week to avoid a devastating burnout, I am back to full form and "Dreamwalker Dash" is back with another chapter!
And this week's chapter is finally finished. I'm running on my last hooves with this release, exhausted and lacking sleep, but with no more than three days delay, Chapter 16 is finally finished!
We have finally reached the peak. It was a very long climb, but now we are here.
