Well, as you can guess by the title, I want to know what your favorite post-apocalyptic game/movie/story is? Feel free to also mention what you like the most about the game/movie/story you chose.
Am I fishing for ideas? ...Maybe.

Well I had originally intended to release this story tomorrow, however since I was planning on releasing a chapter each day and figured that this Thursday might be a little stressful, I decided to release chapter 1 right now.
So here it is.
I had fun writing this story and if enough people like it, I will gladly expand upon it in the future.

So, I have just finished writing my backlog for "The Sky is Gone" that I talked about in my Late Writing Plans for 2022! I have written down ten days worth of messages by Silverstream and 244 messages by her in total! Which means, the story is ready to be updated and to pick up releases again!
"The Sky is Gone" continues! It's Day 18 in the Dark Equestria and Silverstream has recorded more messages. How is her situation now? I hate to do this, but, "The Sky is Gone" will go on a small, two day release break for the holidays, both here and on my Patreon. I still wanted to update" The Sky is Gone" on the Hearth's Warming holidays, because I relaunched my Patreon account only a few days ago and have only just started with the new reward tier, but I am suddenly feeling the last four days.
New messages by Silverstream have been released now. Sorry for the lack of releases yesterday. My sleep schedule got turned upside down when I didn't find much sleep on Monday night, which affected the Tuesday release and led to it that I had to miss yesterday's release. My sleep schedule is fixed now, though, and the releases continue normally again.

"The Sky is Gone: Epiphany" continues now. Sorry for the pause yesterday. I was plagued by a very intense headache that got so bad that writing was impossible. Likewise, no release happened on Patreon either yesterday. But the headache is gone, so we proceed normally today. Silverstream's messages of Day 174 in the apocalypse start releasing now.
Sorry for the lack of releases the last couple days. I was battling with some rather strong depression since Saturday and this has made it impossible to release anything, while I tried to fix my mind. Also some writer's block as a result of it. But everything is caught up now and I feel somewhat better.
And here comes the second set of messages, the ones meant for today, after catching up with the release of yesterday's messages. Enjoy!

Tomorrow is the day when my freshly-optimized Patreon and Ko-fi account will relaunch. But that's not the only thing that will happen tomorrow, "The Sky is Gone: Epiphany" resumes updating, as well!
Silverstream has finally found her savior and mysterious messenger. But who is it? There are a few hints in today's messages.

There is one more set of Silverstream's messages going to be released today. I was passing out yesterday and did not manage to release messages anymore because of that, but I did not want to delay the releases, so I caught up with the release of yesterday's messages today. Which means, the messages that I have scheduled to be released today are still coming a little later.
I'm sorry there haven't been new messages yesterday. I was getting ready to release them and also to write more, but Twitter has unexpectedly shadowbanned me and that kept me busy in the worst ways possible for the whole night yesterday and the whole day today. It's still not resolved and won't be for a while, but the show must go on for "The Sky is Gone".

Or, at least four days later..... Here's a little story snippet that jumped into my head on Thursday morning while I was still lying half asleep in bed. This happens quite often and I have a strong urge to write this one down. That's also the first time I'm just writing a story idea in a blog entry, like so many other authors do! It sounds good, but doesn't fit anywhere else, so I put it here.
Only three days anymore until "The Sky is Gone: Epiphany"! To make the remaining wait more exciting, here is a little teaser for you!
