My friends,
In Australia, Christmas shimmers with a distinct blend of tradition and sun-kissed revelry. Embracing the peak of summer in December, the holiday season unfolds against a backdrop of warm, golden days. Families and friends gather for quintessentially Aussie barbecues, the aroma of grilled delicacies filling the air as they relish seafood, meats, and chilled refreshments. Decorations twinkle with a local touch, where Santa might sport beachwear and ornaments might feature native wildlife.
In which I discuss the next chapter of Chrysalis: Saviour of Time after the page break. Spoilers will be discussed.
Yes... it is over for this year... so lets go over the good, the bad, and the ugly from this year's Everfree Northwest.
First Luna is best at socks!
Lets start with the ugly... um... my empty arsed wallet. Also... my empty stomach for the next week or so...
The Bad!... my empty arsed wallet...and I was too tired to kidnap Foalsy... I mean what?
Just two hours after publishing "07: The Bearded, the Clever, and the Smart", the comments for that chapter were about Twilight's magic. Two didn't get some hints I'd intended to convey, and two liked that Twilight was faking her magic. This blog will hopefully clear up any confusion.
For those of you who don’t know, in the past I posted story ideas that I put up for adoption. A few users have asked to have them and gone off to make their own stories. These are the tales that I tried, and failed, to tell and I thought it’d be nice to give someone else a chance.
If any of you want to take this idea, or any of the unadopted ideas, PM me and they could be yours. Now, enjoy the story of Flim and Flam’s time travel plot.
My father's a fan of classic radio. His favorite of which is the old CBS radio drama Suspense, but he has a couple of other shows that he's listened to over the years. I remember quite a few long car trips from when I was a kid that involved him putting on tapes of Suspense, or some other old-time radio series.

Well, maybe there will be. We'll have to see. I filed my grades on Tuesday and I've barely had time to chill out and get ready for the summer before I am heading out again for Parts Unknown, or at least, they are unknown to me. I'm always a little jittery before I travel, but I go anyway because I am Professor Panache, and Adventure Is Out There.
Stuff I've promised to do:
A project I've chatted over with Sketch-AHolic
So, as you may have noticed, Twilight Learned is late. That's because I answered a call for help that ate up the last days of the month I had set aside for writing time. It was an epic journey across a 30 mile wide stretch of water, an international border, six discreet biomes, and three major geologic features of the continent, while going past landslides, deer, and a trio of kamikaze raccoons. I will now use the words of my editor to describe why and what happened, with her permission, of
Pinkie was mentored by The Traveller from ST:TNG, and can thus bend the laws of physics to her own will. She travelled with him and Wesley Crusher for a while.
Warning: the following contains spoilers for Friendship games and possibly the season 5 finale and is very very VERY long
( not that anyone is gonna read this anyway)
On this subject I want to tackle both Sunset and another huge plot hole that is driving me mad. One that I will admit that I can mess up from time to time. Yes, time travel. SO to start with this-
So in about 8 and a half hours I will be flying to Seattle for Everfree Northwest 2016. I have been working on chapter 4 and it's about 50% written.
I wanted to get in done before the convention but I couldn't make it, sorry. However I do have something to share something with you guys.
Starla sure is taken with the butterfly isn't she?
So, Spike decides things can't get any worse unless Trixie starts ragging on him for not following a direct order and gathers up Thunderlane, Time Turner, Cheerilee, Ditzy Doo, and Big Macintosh as requested. At the library everypony is confused over what they're doing there and why they were pulled away from helping the town during all this when Trixie jumps out and starts up a little performance piece.
My latest tale, Four Ponies & A Time Machine, has received some much appreciated praise. Also, it has 4 upvotes and only 2 downvotes. (I guess that's good, but I hope the two dislikers read past the now rewritten and republished prologue). Also: EXPECT A SHORT LITTLE PREQUEL.
Shudderbones update: might do an Equestria Girls story. But I've hit a writer's block with Shudderbones. His story's just been told. There's not much else I can do with him.
Angelo looked out his window, and the landscape had the same geographic features, yet it was somehow shadier. Perhaps an optical illusion, it was. No one should suspect much different. It wasn't until he heard a strange call from the hall he took to his feet and stepped out. No one else stood there but his strangely shaped sister.
