Fimfiction author darf has thousands of followers, but that might be because they mostly write clopfics. I don't see a lot of chatter about them on my feed and this is my second post on the topic.

Today, I have removed the "A Deer Named John" companion piece "Coping of a Former Human" from my published stories list. I've been considering this action for a long time (years) and have finally made the move. The reason being that it doesn't easily fit with what I have planned moving forward with its group of stories. Ever since I've first witnessed her character arc and characterization in a YouTube character analysis about her, I instantly loved this adorable bully turned friend turned lover. She is such a well-rounded character with a fast, yet still gradual redemption arc. Now here are the reasons why I think she's one of, if not completely, my favorite character in the Owl House.

Second update for the week on Dangers in Fiction, with chapters 11 and 12 now live on Offprint, and chapters 8, 9, and 10 on AO3. Season two is just around the corner, too, and I am hype af.
After much deliberation, I've decided to remove the Death House Arc from the story, for now. Considering it's been getting in the way of what I wanted to write, I will be removing the Death House chapters and edit the Burgomaster Chapter's ending.
That's not to say it is gone completely. I will be saving those chapters for use later, if the flow of the story can work with it. From here on, expect more consistent updates in the near future (provided next year doesn't screw me over).

Hey guys, just an update I'm still totally alive and still working on King & Shy.
It's been really busy at work and at home though. Moving house is always a huge delay on anything. I'm getting back into the swing of things though and hopefully by the end of this month everything will have settled down and I'll be back to my regular 1/week schedule. Sorry for the delay, but don't worry I am close to finished with the opening chapter of Act 2 so you'll get more of the story soon.
