I'm starting. It'll be the first of a few that I will be redoing from scratch. The re-written version will clean up some logic issues.
Unfortunately, I cannot for the life of me come up with a good enough reason for Sunset to bring Nyx to her place and not inform anyone about her. So if you have idea's that can help me rationalize that so Sunset isn't a kidnapper then I'm all for it.

The newest addition to the A Mother's Warmth series of Nyx fics that also includes Treasures and Trinkets, A Dreamless Night, originally called Dreamless Nights, is a fic, that as one might decipher from my comments, isn't my favorite.
I came up with concepts!
Since the "completion" of Nyx and the Sunset, I've been thinking of ways to continue it, and I've come to the conclusion that it is inevitable. The story is going to spiral into bleak darkness.
So, I figured I would match this dark take by adding different themes to reflect this, concepts such as death, abandonment and fear would be the most common, but they boarder on mature, therefore breaking Pen's rules.
A new Nyx fic. Though by this point I doubt it'll be a sequel to A Mothers Warmth. Thus far its proven to closely resemble the Tears in the Snow series. For some reason I'm not feeling the magic and peacefulness of A Mothers Warmth as I write this new fic which I've currently titled Dreamless Nights.
I've decided to continue working on Nyx and the Sunset, but only on a neutral route that brings in both light hearted themes, as well as dark moments. I will end up cutting some of the darker stuff from the final chapters but they will all largely remain the same. However, do not expect any new chapters for a while. As I announced the incompletion of the fic, I started two others and was hoping to get through them before I came up with my solution, I have my solution now, and so I will role

Been a long time! I have some cool news for you folks, I've been working with my good friend Recon on a very distant prequel to Flurry in Time! It's set a few years after the show (1700 years before FiT) and deals with Nyx as she struggles to become the mare she is destined to be. We've got war, explosions and ponies!

Okay, technically it was a few days ago on Saturday, but... work has been crazy. (Umbrella Alpha Release on Skullgirls just happened to be today as well.)
Yeah! Thank you trailer for forcing yourself into my continuity! 
So if nobody has seen the trailer yet here it is.
It is in this chapter I break my warning that "our King spends 99% of the story as a Sombra-cicle, so don't expect he's going to be running around doing things". In other words, he dominates this next part.
I just can't help but write him into everything I put up online, let's face it!

Just a quick notification, but the cover art for Glimpses has been updated. This one is all Valcron, and the quality shows compared to the previous, where it was just me flat coloring the original sketch.
Beyond that, hope to have some chapters to a new story up around Halloween, as I try to do every year, but we'll see if work/life will let me. I hope everyone has a wonderful remainder of the month of September, and hopefully I'll see you all at the end of October.
